| Easier to do a OC in Real Life, Than on Bootleggers for a Scum |

As I am writing this I have spent the last hour and a half deeply searching for a oc, The current high ranked players are so 'rankist' when it comes to helping the lower ranks, this is just a mere plea to all those players that have turned down a Scum from their oc, to think about it, and put yourself in their shoes, there are lots of players that desperatly need a oc, but cannot get one due to their low rank.
This is also a plea to the creators of Bootleggers, I believe that a public oc system should be instated to make it easier for lower ranked players to get a oc
