Watch Out Revelation, Part I TheSnake

In an ever-lengthening line of crew attacks as the cogs finally get going this round, we have this. An open threat in the Game Forum aimed at one of the most well-established crews around, underground or over-ground: Revelation. StarzNStraps, currently ranked Hitman, claimed to be shooting Revelation with a few friends and in his Game Forum topic, entitled “if you want to shoot at Rev”, he called for members of the Bootleggers public with a common aim to see Revelation wiped out.

Claiming that he and his friends had “a TON of bullets” and that they planned to start their “first round of shooting sometime next week”, StarzNStraps continued in the topic to threaten Revelation, but pretty much everybody treated the whole event as a complete joke.

Revelation and non-Revelation alike, nobody seems to have been too fazed by the ordeal, and with good reason. Not many people in their right mind would take too much notice of a Hitman making big threats against one of the top crews in the game at the moment. As far as could be told, he was ‘working alone’ in the prospect of ‘action’, although Mobb Figaz were at one stage accused of being behind the verbal attacks.

Following the accusations of Mobb Figaz Elite’s involvement, EightBall aka EvaperRadieR publicly stated that “S&E corp and Mobb Figaz Elite will not be shooting at Rev.” This put an end to that rumour, and gave the topic even less credibility.

The moral of the story? Excellently put by Obliteration, “I’d say, first shoot, then talk.” If unfounded claims of wealth or power and aggression against a crew are made before any action is taken, the Bootleggers public (ruthless as it always is) is more than likely to take the mickey. Especially if the perpetrator is nothing more than a Hitman. But, when action is taken and a large crew is hit, only then will the players sit up and take notice. Until that day comes, watch out Revelation... StarzNStraps is after you.

Next week, Part II. What happens when Revelation are accused of cheating...?
