Wanted: Talented Writers! MadamNyxxie

It has been seen over and over again; our weekly "Buzz Team" article just stating who is in, and who is out. Who is new, and who isn't and to be honest, I agree when Shaggerty posted in the forums one day that seeing the same names over and over again was, to say the least, depressing!

It has been known for issues and issues that we have been scouting talented writers. We take great pride in the Buzz and yes, we do have high standards when it comes to who we let in.

If you think you're a talented writer and would like to work for the Buzz, we would be honored to read your application! The application process has three steps.

Step One: Your Article
Your article should be written as if you were a real writer. We aren't looking for interviews. If you got an interview, try using the quotes INTO the article rather than just copy and pasting the whole thing itself. If you send an interview, you could be 100% sure your application will be turned down. Make sure your article is informative with all information and research implemented into it. Use spell check, re-read your work and make sure nothing is left un-polished. Make sure your article is about a recent event on Bootleggers from the past two weeks. For instance, if I was to write an article I'd write it about perhaps the Revelation shootings because that was a recent event. I wouldn't, however, talk about the downfall of Nation Don, Confectionary, because it happened too long ago.

Step Two: Submitting and Waiting!
Submit your polished article to Buzz.Application@gmail.com and be sure to add your current Bootleggers' account name in the email so we know who to send a reply to. If you are dead, banned or fail to enter your name in the email-- make sure you keep an eye on your email account because we will be replying there. Now, all you have to do is wait. Sometimes, depending on our schedules, it takes us up to two to three weeks to get back to you. However, Air and I try our best to get to you within a week's time.

Step Three: The acceptance/denial
Three things could happen to you when you get a reply. You can either get accepted off the bat and all you have to do is reply your acceptance to our offer and you are in. If you get denied, do not give up! We will be giving you sound advice in the reply and hope you again try at it with our corrections. Or, you will be asked to do another article or a new rendition of your article with our fixed edits (if you get this reply, it means we are highly considering you, but need more information on your skills).

If you would like to read more about how to get access to the Buzz Forum by becoming a writer, please feel free to read Issue 10 of the Buzz "Your Ticket to the Buzz Forum."
