Duping: is it really going down? Broken

Some say that the duping problem on Bootleggers is going down but looking at the evidence, is it really?

Since Bootleggers reset, there hasn't been as many registered players on the game which probably gives you an idea of how big the duping problem was last reset. Add this up to the increased online activity of Moderators such as Harlem and Andy[/lime] and you wouldn't be wrong in saying "Yeah, duping and account sharing doesn't seem to be a big problem." I thought the same thing too until I saw this:

I haven't censored the names of the offenders because I don't think the names should be kept private.

This one screenshot from a late night conversation on the Off Topic Forum made me think that maybe this game will never be 100% dupe free. Proxies exist and it is probably really easy to manage dupes and never get caught... it happens. I'm sure that some of you reading this must be thinking something along the lines of "Why isn't there punishments for these people?" as I am thinking it too and it becomes obvious that action needs to be taken.

The question is, what can you do to help? The answer is simple. Report any rule breaking you see and don't give these cheaters an easy ride with their advantages over the regular player. The person in the screenshot above went on to say that she wouldn't be banned, which goes to show how easy cheating is for some people. Help make Bootleggers less of a hotbed for cheating and better for players who play by the rules. We don't want a repeat of last reset, do we?
