TDA's Unsuccessful Takeover MrMoatilliatta

Last Sunday the Bootleggers community was to witness the latest attempted crew takeover. It was early Sunday afternoon as R.I.P threads for TDA members started appearing in the game forum, and it became clear what was happening; typo-burden crew The DEadly Alliance were being shot at.

It wasn’t too long until a main shooter was identified by players posting witness statements in the game forum. This player was Maltreat.
In the process of this takeover, two bullet factories; New York and Colorado, were also shot for. There was also a significant loss in the total money because of these shootings.

Maltreat soon became the new boss of the crew, and the infamous typo was finally removed as the crew’s name was soon changed to The Dead Alliance. Also, a picture branding The Clericuzio appeared on their profile, informing players of the group behind the takeover.

But not five minutes after these events, topics were made in the game forum informing players that new TDA boss Maltreat had been banned. There are various rumours to explain the reason for this ban, but the underlying one is that Maltreat was duping. The ‘dupe’ in question was also banned.

The question now was if these bans would be permanent, and come Monday, this was to be; the appeal was unsuccessful and the crew was passed to shedevil6666, who then gave it to Budg1e. The two bullet factories were passed to moderator Air

So what was the reason for this takeover? I spoke with Budg1e, and his explanation for the takeover was “because of real life issues interfering with an online game. ” He also informed me of an insider, in league with The Clericuzio, who had a hand in the takeover.

So, another failed takeover, and nobody can predict if or when another attempt will arise.
