It is December and the year 2007 is reaching its end, so lets look back.
The most changes were probably in the Bootleggers staff.
On January 1, the Elite Guard had the following members:

February 2007: Harlem left the Elite Guard.
April 2007: Shaggerty and Air joined.
the Elite Guard, Nohau was removed.

July 2007 Annihilation joined the Elite Guard.
October 2007 Shaggerty and Sub left the Elite Guard.
November 2007 Rod and VooDooDoll joined the Elite Guard.

March 2007, the new ranks State Don and Nation Don were introduced.
Sweetie was the first player that ranked to State Don, Confectionary was the first player that ranked to Nation Don
June 2007: The Bootleggers IRC is back up.
July 2007: Bootradio became an official Bootleggers feature: The Bootleggers Bootcast, a live stream hosted by various Bootleggers players.
September 2007: Establishments were added to the game.
October 2007: The Family Accounts page was added to the menu. Here you can see if you're sharing IP's, and with who.
November 2007: The TOS were added to the menu, next to the FAQ.
