Complaints, complaints and even more complaints... Araya

Recently, there has been a lot of complaining about the way the moderators are acting. This week’s complaint issue started when the moderator Air, hitlisted all the moderators for $100 million each! This was meant as a joke from Air’s side, but some of the players did not take it so cheerfully.

What is it that makes people complain, no matter what the moderators do? The main issue this time was that the money that Air used to hitlist the other moderators was earned from holding properties. Some people say, that these properties should have been in the hands of the players – and thus also the money.

The casinos and bullet factories, in which the money was earned, were all taken from banned players. For those who do not know, the Elite Guard members usually keep the properties until the appeal process has been finished. When the process is done, the property is given back to the players.

In an interview, Air stated: “The hitlists have had not affected game play, have not give anybody an unfair advantage and the hitlisted accounts cannot be killed. It was for fun and this was purely why I did it. Any regrets? Of course not. I've had more people laughing at what I did than people moaning but alas, there were enough moaners.”
I totally agree! I hope the Elite Guard manages to see the 100 happy players, and not one complaining!

However, Air also says he understands the concern of the players. As a solution, he suggests that a property which is owned by a banned player automatically becomes State Owned. In this way, the money will simply go out of the game, instead of to a moderator.

“The hitlists didn't cause any one person, any harm. Therefore it was a perfectly fine thing to do. It was, as I say, for fun... for once.” Air says. He also states that “I bust my ass off on BL every day for each player and decided to chill for once - thus the hitlists were born. “

Players are complaining about too much money in the game, and players are complaining when more than 700 millions are taken out of the game. People are complaining about the Elite Guard being too far away from the players, and people are complaining that they are having fun. Hopefully, the moderators do not put too much weight on all the complaints. The moderators, together with the HDO’s, use a lot of time to do a great, volunteer job in this game!

The Elite Guard is here to do a job, but also to have fun. They have all been players once, and they know how it is to be a player. However, I do not think most players know how it is to be a moderator, and this is something most players should consider before sending even more critism to the moderators. Whose fault is it that the Elite Guard gets the casinos? The players who do something illegal or the moderator who bans them…?
