New Player Project Nyxxie
On July 22nd, a game forum topic was made regarding how slow it seems to rank on Bootleggers considering the supposed high price of ranking, purchasing equipment and bullets. I decided to put my money where my mouth is and attempt to make it in the game as a new player, knowing no one and having nothing. Can I do it? We'll see. It's either make it or break it and I will be journaling my progress day by day, week by week for the Buzz. Keep in mind, no one knows who I am and I intend to keep it that way. This account will be completely separate from my moderator account and in no way, shape or form, will the two intertwine.

A week's blogging will run from Sunday to Saturday. The project will end when I die, reach N. Don or have player's lose interest in the article and project itself. This is a continuation of prior article(s).

August 1, 2010 - Day 11
Today I started the late day with an OC and a Booze run. The OC consisted of a Don, Godfather and Boss and I got 17% for being a driver. I sure hope I rank soon because if I don't, I'm going to be mad! Very very mad!

To end the night, I was suggested by a fellow player to try the Stock Market and I did so. I invested $43,000 into Walt Disney after noticing it was at an all time low. At $84.62 per share, I can only hope it jumps up soon so I can see a profit!

August 2, 2010 - Day 12
Today I spent some time doing absolutely nothing, to be honest. The clicking has become boring to me and I give a lot of credit to those who click and click and click MANUALLY day to day to get the high crime/auto burglary stats that they do. I managed to steal my first Penny Duesenberg and sold it for a profit of more than $100,000! That helped a lot, because I put some cash into Walt Disney, only to watch it crash to a low of $25.00. I'm hoping it goes back up to at least what I bought it so I can get out of it quickly. Maybe putting my cash at risk like that isn't the way to go for me. To be honest, it made me crazy to see my hard earned cash just dribble away. I believe from now on, I will only be noting things of interest.

Overall Thoughts
Right now, my major source of income is the cars I steal and sell. I have been camping mostly in Penny and transferring any Duesy I steal to Louisiana for a quick 100k. I plan on starting my missions sometime next week, stopping at around the 2nd or 3rd one when, frankly, they get sort of useless.
I have a lot of unsuccessful crimes because the max crime I can do right now will just not get past 30%!
This week, I did profit from the Walt Disney crash and rise, as I believe others have. In the future, I will not be commenting on day to day as it seems to be pretty much the same. When I do notice anything different, I will comment as I have in the past.

Also, I know people are looking for accounts with the ranks I have provided and hence, are wrongfully accusing some folk of being me. From here on out, I will not be posting my rank. I will also be removing the "Auto Burglary Percentages" section as now they are always maxed, teetering around 50%.
