EH: Downs and Ups xMarlon

This week Event Horizon got wiped and were presumed gone until they arrived at the stats a few moments later. Read on to find out what happened.

Event Horizon (EH) are one of the top crews in Bootleggers. So it is fair to say we at The Buzz and you the players never get to see them in trouble often. However this week is one of those rare times were EH fell victim to the guns of others. Some may argue that the tactic used to take down EH is cheap, but results show it works in a lot of cases. A certain member of EH in sided the crew. We got an interview with EH member, BrickTamland, who clarified this for us when he said, “MidnightRain in sided us, and dropped us together with his Carnage friends.”

MidnightRain had been in the crew a long time and was presumed a reliable member, Brick told us, “He has been in EH PitStop for almost 10 months, our UG crew, and recently got promoted to EH. We didn't expect it, but he was Don and we had recently been shot anyway, so it was fairly easy for it to be done.” However given his chance he turned out to be a bad apple. We were told, “He hard kicked every member of the crew.”
After all members were kicked MidnightRain and his fellow crew members went to work on killing as many EH members as they could. They took a lot of members out but Brick told us, “Not all Boss+ members were shot.”

So Eh looked dead and forgotten at the time, but in true EH fashion rose from the dead minutes later and were once again among the stats. We at The Buzz were astounded by this and had to ask why they were back so quick. Brick told us, “We always return fast. We enjoy our position on the Stats, despite having very little advantages to being there. We like having a spot to hang around in and we will always return as quickly as possible, despite what happens.” Also the fact they had Boss+ members left is an important factor in them getting back so fast too.

So another exciting week on Bootleggers this week as these shootings aren’t the only ones. But EH did a mighty fine job of showing how a crew works. We look forward to seeing them in action again. Until then we are sure some other crews will not fail to entertain.
