New Crimes: Good or Not? Tile

Today, Bootleggers history was made. BSF finally answered player’s wishes when he updated a feature of the game – crimes. Although they were updated during the last few months of the last round, BSF decided the crimes were due for another revamp. It was met with mixed reviews, so the Buzz decided to contact three players about their thoughts on this recent change; we contacted HomicidalIII, SheldonCooper and PhrostyIsNinja.

“I think the new crimes are great. It’s refreshing to see them get a complete overhaul. At first, I was not too sure about the crimes being different in every state but after a while it doesn't bother me. It just adds a new dynamic to the game,” said Phrosty on what he thought about the new crimes. HomicidalIII answered, “The new crimes have really improved. They are more complicated; however they have a nice feel to them. A lot of things are now taken into account.”

We then asked the players if they thought the crimes needed updating. SheldonCooper answered, “The old crimes were dull and paid very little. So yes, I do think they needed changing. It’s nice that the new ones change depending on whatever state you are in, instead of being the same all round. It adds a more challenging aspect to the game.” Phrosty responded, “Yeah, something needed to be done. It may sound funny but the crime system felt so impersonal. I am glad that everything about your account is taken into account. From guns and protection, to even the amount of health you have. The whole system seems to more integrated now.”

“BSF has done a good job. It seems behind schedule but it is very much appreciated,” said Phrosty on what he would say to BSF. SheldonCooper said, “I would tell him, ‘Well done.’ If he keeps doing updates like this, the game might actually peak back up.”
