Inspiro, also known as JuanFran, got promoted, again, to Help Desk Operator. Again?! Correct, JuanFran has in the past been a Help Desk Operator, but left when he quit playing Bootleggers. But who is this JuanFran?
Juan, his parents gave him that name, is approximately twenty years old and lives in Italy. He’s obsessed by Barber Shops, but he’s clearly not a barber himself. He is, as he stated: ‘a global citizen’. We asked Juan if he’s a fan of the Italian football hero Balotelli. He replied: ‘He's a player with fantastic talent and ability but he has minimal intelligence and common sense’. Juan doesn’t have much faith in Italy though. He thinks Germany will get the title or, as an outsider, England will get it.
Now let’s get serious. Why is Juan a Help Desk Operator again and is his promotion deserved? There was a lot uproar in the forums when he got promoted. Players were wondering if he had enough knowledge about the current features. Believe it or not, but a lot things got changed while he was away. We asked Juan his opinion about the uproar. He replied: ‘To an extent it is inevitable, you cannot please everyone all of the time. I would like to take this opportunity to point out that a lot of people's complaints have been unfounded. I closed over two thousands tickets when I was last on the Help Desk and the Elite Guard recognise that I am an asset to the team’.
But what exactly happened? The promotion of Juan wasn’t like the average promotion. For example, Juan didn’t get the usually ‘Elite Guard Prank’. The Buzz contacted Mika, to get things clear. According to Mika, Juan contacted him about being interest in joining the Help Desk again. So this promotion was the other way around? Mika stated: ‘Basically Inspiro contacted me and let me know us that he would be interested in rejoining the Help Desk team. This was brought into the Elite Guard and was discussed between the EG, bearing in mind the activity we would like to see with the Help Desk. It was then decided that he could re-join the team, which he has done very well so far’.
Time will tell if Juan is worthy of his current job. The Buzz has totally confidence in Juan and we wish him all the best luck in his reconditioned yellow jacket! And just for Juan: Buona fortuna con il vostro nuovo lavoro!
