This week The Buzz gave away $10,000,000! Although, you had to crack some difficult codes! In case you were stuck, here are the answers!
The competition consisted three parts, starting with a letter, which was found in a bottle. You had to submit your answers on the following site: http://buzz.illegitimi.net/. Once you submitted the correct answer, a new hint showed up. In this article I'll give you the solutions of every riddle. Are you ready? Let's start right away!
Part 1 - The Letter
When you read the letter, you'll see that every sentence contains four small characters. The first step to crack the code, is to write down all those small characters. Do this correctly and you'll get:
It doesn't make any sense, yet. Although, one of the last sentences says the solution starts with simple mathematics. That sentence was mainly written to confuse you, but there are some mathematics involved in the solution. In total, there are sixteen sentences. Each sentence contains four small characters. Time for some simple mathematics! 16 sentences * 4 characters = 64 characters. The root of 64 is 8. That means we can create a square with those small characters. Confused already? Let's clarify things with a picture:

Now, read the square vertically and start in the upper left corner. Now you'll see the hidden message:
You figured it out the treasure is hidden on an island called treesaur island.
The answer of the first part was: Treesaur Island
Part 2 - Treesaur Island Welcomes You
When you submitted the correct answer on the Buzz contest site, you received a new screen to submit an answer. The new screen contained another riddle:
When you arrived at Treesaur Island you noticed a cave. You went in and immediately ran to the treasure chest. Too bad, you were too late. In the chest was lying a bottle, with a letter in it, and some yellow hairs. Could it be that captain with the yellow beard? You broke the bottle and had a look at the letter:
Hello thar idiot,
If ye be lookin' fer this booty, too bad! Ye are too late now. But since we already got enough points, I will give ye a chance! If ye are able t' disco'er my name I will invite ye for a battle. Th' winner o' that battle will win this booty! Go t' th' harber o' New Jersey an' look fer a man wi' Britney Spears Fan T-shirt. Tell th' lad's my name an' if ye`re correct he'll brin' ye t' me. But o' course, ye will neva be able t' guess me name, idiot! Two words for ye! Hahaha!

You immediately went to the man in New Jersey. When he noticed you, he said: "What is the name of the guy who has the treasure?".
Question: What's the name of the guy who has the treasure?
So, in the next riddle you had to find the name of the captain. He left a note and it was your job to find the hidden message. And guess what?! There was no hidden message, except in his signature; Pietro Belly Cawanda. The real name of the captain contains all the letters in his signature, an anagram. It was your job to put all letters in the correct order again. To make this easier, we gave you a little hint in the story before the letter! There were some yellow hairs in the treasure chest. Was that a hint? Yes, it was! The real name of the captain was: Captain Yellowbeard, and that was the answer of the second riddle!
Part 3 - Kill Captain Yellowbeard
When you submitted the correct answer on the Buzz contest site, you received a notification and, this time, not a new screen! It was time to continue this competition on Bootleggers and not on the Buzz site. Although, you needed the notification in order to find out his name! The notification stated:
The man looked surprised when you gave him the correct answer. All of sudden his face turned mad and he pointed his finger at you. He shouted:
What do you want of me? Are you a friend of him? Don't tell me you're searching for that $10,000,000. He told me about the letter he left behind, he found himself so brilliant. He's a stupid donkey! He promised me 10k points after I fixed his stupid ship. It almost sank when he left Treesaur Island. I never received any payment of that stupid captain. I'm totally done with him. You know what? If you kill that pathetic captain, I'll give you $10,000,000. Although, you won't find him under the name Captain Yellowbeard. You'll find his name in the air. Look up to the air and you'll notice three important parts. The third one is the most important one, but in the beginning it won't give you any information. Have some patience and the air will give you the username of the captain. Kill him and you'll get your points. Now get out my sight before he sees us!
Captain Yellowbeard has an account on Bootleggers. Find the name of the account and kill it. Once you kill it, you'll be rewarded with $10,000,000. But what is his username? Look above, in the air!
So, you had to find his Bootleggers username and kill him! But what was his username? You had to look in the air and you would see three important parts. The third part would give you the username of Captain Yellowbeard. Well, it was obvious that those three parts were profile pictures (300x300). And air was related to our lovely Moderator Sky! So let's have a look at his third 300x300, because it definitely doesn't look suspicious, right?
The picture looks very normal in the first few seconds, but it changes! After several seconds it shows you the following hint:
A well-known pirate. Famous, because of his beard. Find his real name!
Of course, there are a lot of famous pirates. But there aren't a lot famous pirates famous because of their beards. One of the most famous pirates is Captain Blackbeard. His real name is Edward Teach. And guess what?! Edward Teach is a Boss account with zero messages. And someone on Bootleggers was able to kill him...
