One week ago, Event Horizon and La Onda got shot by unknown shooters. The Buzz immediately went on research, but we didn’t have enough time to do a proper investigation. We wanted to publish The Buzz in the morning, so we decided to write the article next week. So here we are, one week later and the action is still not finished. However, this article will only contain information about the wipe on Event Horizon of last week. Again, our apologies for being a bit late!
One week ago we suspected The Phoenix Rebellion, although they didn’t want to give us any information. According to their members, several bots were doing the shooting, which is impossible of course. A few days later, The Buzz contacted them again. This time, we received a more serious answer. We contacted FlyingDeathSquirrel, a member of The Phoenix Rebellion, and asked him if The Phoenix Rebellion officially claimed the shooting. He replied: ‘Yes, we were involved. A lot of our reasoning involved overwhelming boredom. Instead of quitting the game, we chose to fap our bullets onto some crews that were being boring. Of special note is EH being shot. You can blame Betty for that one. Many people know that several of us are former members of EH, and that's mostly because of Betty. I won't say all the specific details, but she's a craptastic crew boss’. So we got a motive for the shootings, although no details of the shooting. We don’t know how many bullets were used, nor how many accounts got killed. FlyingDeathSquirrel couldn’t give us that information, but we were already happy with all the given information. Anyway, it was time to visit Event Horizon!
The Buzz went to Tynos, council of Event Horizon, for a little talk. Did Event Horizon know why they got shot and do they know their killer(s)? The answer is yes, although Event Horizon doesn’t believe the reasons. Tynos thinks they got shot, because of something else. Of course, we wanted to know his opinion of what happened. He replied: ‘We think that The Family have a big involvement in the shooting. They picked up the BFs’. Tynos also mentioned the loyalty of The Family. He stated: ‘TF don't befriend people. They use them for their own gain then fuck them off, they've done it to many crews before and they'll keep doing it’. We at The Buzz tried to contact The Phoenix Rebellion again, but we didn’t receive any answers. Finally, we asked Tynos if Event Horizon is going to retaliate. He answered: ‘Against TF there is little you can do. Shooting underground isn't exactly hard, anybody can bank a little on a crewless account then shoot a crew’. A clear message, which we heard before from Event Horizon. Nevertheless, at the moment of writing this article, Event Horizon is back on the statistics. But for how long will they last? The shootings are definitely not ever yet! One thing is sure, we at The Buzz will keep you informed in the next Bootleggers Buzz!
