Along with rank, wealth and current crew, pictures have played an important role by representing players through their profiles. For years, we have seen designers strive for improvement over their competitors as Bootleggers developed it's own themes and styles.
But what actually makes pictures so special that people would pay a lot of their hard earned money and points for? Other than it being an art that some appreciate and consider as eye candy, profiles can give an indication to what type of player you are, especially later in the round when rank and wealth become less informative. Hopefully, in the upcoming weeks, we can explain further about it.
Given my experience in designing and my position as a Buzz writer, I have decided to make a weekly design guide that would include my personal top 5 designers, picture of the week, and other picture related information that would keep both designers and customers up to date on the latest news in the picture making business. I will also set tutorials that would help both amateur and experienced designers.

Every week, I will choose 5 designers that I think are currently the best on BL. The ranking will follow a system based on creativity and skill. Both of which are judged by my personal opinion, taste, and philosophy regarding every designer's work. More details regarding my decisions will be explained as well.
