Two weeks ago, we introduced the event called; The Voice of Bootleggers. We received a lot positive reactions on the event. We created awesome pictures, an awesome set-up, we had everything settled! Only one thing was missing; the entries. In total, we received one entry. Yes, only one. The only person who had the nuts to do audition was the Buzz Writer Afty! Because of the lack of entries, we’re going to do a new give away. We want to keep it music related, but this time you don’t have to sing any lyrics. To be more exact, you’re going to write the lyrics.
Write lyrics?! Correct! We picked an amazing song, but you have to rewrite the lyrics. You don’t have to write the whole song though. We expect two verses and two choruses, which has to be Bootleggers related! So, what song?! Well, I think you already guessed that by now. The song is called ‘Call Me Maybe’ (artist; Carly Rae Jepsen). So, time for a short summary?! It’s your job to write two verses and two choruses of the song Call Me Maybe. Make sure your lyrics are Bootleggers related.
How to enter?! Send in your lyrics in a Freelance Article. Why as a Freelance Article? Because we want to share some great lyrics in the next Issue! How can you submit a Freelance Article? Very good question sir/ma’am, and here’s what you have to do: Go to Bootleggers Buzz page and scroll down. At the bottom of the page you’ll notice: ‘Submit a:’. You can choose Freelance Article now. You’ll be directed to a new page, which doesn’t need an explanation if you ask me. It’s not an advertisement, so won’t have to click on that one.
