On the 4th of October, the sounds of gun shots filled the air. That's right, another shooting took place on Bootleggers, and we at the Buzz thought it would be rude not to try and find out what's going on! After some close inspection and after every shot had been fired, we came to the conclusion that this was an attempt to wipe out accounts which were holding money for other players. Instantly we noticed little over one billion dollars had been taken out of the game due to the recent shootings. Our first objective was to find the shooter! Not long after the shootings, we found him, GigN had posted on his profile every account that had been shot. He had displayed a Death Valley picture at the bottom of his profile, were they responsible for the Forty five accounts that had been shot? Our first stop – The shooter!
We approached GigN, and he was more than happy to speak to us! The first thing we queried GigN on, was why were these specific accounts targeted? His reply was simple, “just trying to hit some money holders and I guess it worked out just fine.“ Which was fair enough, we then went on to ask if they were impressed by the amount of money they took out of the game, which he then stated that, “our goal was to get 1bil out of the game so its fine.” Very interesting, but what was more interesting was when we asked him if this was an attack on the whole Bootleggers community or The Family with whom Death Valley are currently at war with. We didn't expect this reply: “it was a random shooting we tested a new technique to hunt dawn the holders and i think we succeeded.” Straight away, we were drawn to dig deeper as to what this new technique was for hunting holders, unfortunately he didn't want to tell us about it, he said: “it's gives us advantage over the others so i prefer not to talk about it“. We at the Buzz were disappointed not to find out more about this technique, to say the least! But we had to carry on in our search for information!
Our next stop, boss of Death Valley, Scandalous! Let's see if we can find out some more about this and hopefully that new technique! Once again, Scandalous was more than happy to speak to us, although we had to track him down via MSN messenger as he is currently underground. First up, we praised him for the successful shoot-out and asked him if there was any kind of motive behind the attack? He told us: “We where trying to hit money holders and it definitely worked out fine”. This is more or less the same answer GigN gave us. It must be legitimate, so we decided to probe Scandalous some more with our special Bootleggers Buzz probing sticks! The next thing we were curious about is, why did they only shoot low ranked accounts, usually when searching for holders and shooters, the idea is to shoot crew-less Dons right? Not for Death Valley, “I thought nobody would hold money on don acounts, and shooters dont buy from bullet factories they just use points 5mins before they found everyone. So we decided to do something different instead of shooting dons to get bullets out of the game we shot low ranked acounts to get hit money holders.” He said, and he was not wrong, they achieved their target of money to take out of the game and the amount was a sizeable figure! Then, something clicked in our heads, was this the special technique that GigN had mentioned? To shoot low accounts instead of high ones? Unfortunately not, Scandalous was very secretive about this technique and told us he didn't want to talk about it. He then went on to state these recent shootings were, “only a test” and this made us interested as to what Death Valleys future plans were.
Continuing the interview, we asked if we could expect more shooting from Death Valley, to which he replied “You can definitely expect alot more shootings from DV in the next couple of weeks, one after another”. Fantastic, like music to our ears! But, Death Valley had recently returned as a statistics crew, surely if Scandalous and his underground team continued to shoot holders, they would make enemies and the statistics crew would be dropped from the statistics often! He told us that, “its time to make the game more interesting. everyone is sitting on their ass doing nothing BL is really boring and maybe its time for some people to do the same thing as we did. And I'm glad TF shot us because now were are all active and playing again and most important thing is we will be doing alot more shooting because now we dont have to worry about keeping our crew on stats and keep the BF's safe (because we sold them) I know we are on stats right now but when we get shot we will not be coming back, or maybe we bring it back everytime just for the 15 members who are not UG, we dont know yet.” Thanks for keeping us guessing Scandalous! Although, those were quite bold words, but we definitely agreed that the game is in need of more action! Finally, it was time for the killer question, was this attack aimed at The Family? Scandalous told us, “Well we tried to hit money holders, if they where TF money holders then that was just a bonus, but the next couple of shootings will be directed at TF.” Interesting, so this war is just about to get real. We thanked Scandalous for his time and interview, asking him if there is anything else he would like to input, to which he responded: “I would like to tell people that the game is really boring and it would be fun if people would do alot more shooting instead of doing nothing with their points and cash until it's too late.” Strong words, I wonder if any one will take his advice and cause Bootleggers mayhem!
So, we at the Buzz have concluded that these shootings were nothing more than a mere test for Death Valleys new technique for hunting holders! It certainly worked and we are just as excited as every one else to find out what happens next in this chapter! When will the next massacre occur? Will The Family retaliate and what will happen to the current Death Valley statistics crew?
Shortly after we had interviewed Scandalous even more bullets started to fly! This time, it was aimed at Death Valley. However, as we have seen in the past and Scandalous mentioned earlier, this is not the end of Death Valley as the majority of them are currently underground! Will this be the last time they are on the statistics? Will Death Valley seek revenge on their killers, Most Wanted? This story wasn't over just yet...
We pursued the shooter of Death Valley who turned out to be Azazel more commonly known as Raoul. We saw Most Wanted not so long ago, when they shot Gangsters Sanctuary, this was clearly a statement to show that they are not a one trick pony and they had more in them. Azazel has a picture on his profile, stating he is the leader of Most Wanted, the same picture that Aaron had but with the different name tag. Now we know there are two leaders of this mysterious underground crew, but why did they shoot Death Valley? The Buzz will tell you more. Upon approaching Azazel, we asked him if he was responsible for all the shootings that took place this night? He replied, “No I didn't sadly. The reason why we shot was because DV shot Aaron a close friend. The lower rank kills was Mackey TBH targeting the bosses etc. I shot him whilst he was shooting... I waited till he slowed down and shot straight away. As they shot him. We shot back." Very interesting. It's all starting to come together now, so Aaron must have been shot by Death Valley in their earlier killings, as mentioned in the article already! Things are really hotting up! It seems as though Mackey who was a shooter for The Black Horde had been responsible for the other killings, but that's for a completely different story all together!
So to get things straight, we questioned Azazel further, asking him if this was a direct attack on The Black Horde as well as Death Valley? His answer was simple, “I had him on search already and as soon as I saw tbh pic I shot. They shot Aaron, and as you can tell with the new crew "Dont shoot Aaron MW" we assumed that when Azazel said, “they” he was referring to Death Valley as they are the ones who shot Aaron. We then went on to ask Azazel how many bullets were used in these recent killings, he was more than happy to tell us! “I lost count being honest, much less than I anticipated. I bought 280k in the last 2weeks then used about 10k points tonight “ very nice! Our final questions were regarding the future of Most Wanted, and if they were willing to stay above ground, or if it was back into the depth of Bootleggers to re-stock and what not. He told us “We will go UG again and pop up every so often its not over just yet. This crew is just a tiny message as the topic was."
So there we have it, Most Wanted have popped up again but this time attacking Death Valley. Is this a wise move, seeing as they already have enemies in Gangsters Sanctuary? I'm sure this is not the end of this story and we should have an exciting few weeks on Bootleggers! Regardless to what happens, just know that the Bootleggers Buzz will have it covered! See you next week!
