Greetings. In this article, I would like to bring up the subject of honesty.
Sure, Bootleggers may seem like a simple, ordinary, internet game. But BL gives you the opportunity to know people, and for them to get to know you. During this process, one is to talk to others, and have multiple conversations on any given subject. Speak your mind. Anything that might be on your mind, in any given situation on Bootleggers; whether it's in chat, in the game forum, or even in a Bootmail, speak what's on your mind if the opportunity is right.
Let people know you mean business. But in a readable, and acceptable manner. If there's something that is concerning you about, let's say, the Casino, or even a topic in the OTF, speak your mind and let your feelings known. Most people on Bootleggers, from what I've gathered, are the "lending a helping hand" type, or at least somewhat of an acceptable opinion, that can be put up for a proper discussion.
Whether it's with your friends, or or crew mates, or the moderators, make your voice be heard, and let them know how you really feel if you're given the chance. Even as far as starting OCs with other people that you don't really know...make sure all members know the specifics of the OC in detail, and if a problem is suspected, make sure the leader of the OC is aware of it.
Basically what I'm saying is, feel free to let your opinions on things be known to BL Community if you feel as though it's the proper time to do so.
Generals discussions are a regular part of BL gameplay.
Why not make it count?
