Hello fellow bootleggies, I want to introduce you all to my first article which will be a series of 15 (I hope) about all of the bootleggers crews. I’ve contacted a few crewbosses about my idea and I’ve received positive feedback from most, so I thought it was time to sling up the old typewriter and start typing!
This week’s article is about Downtown Delegates which has been around since a few weeks now. Of course you all remember The Predators Elite which was a crew in the top list of the crews but didn’t have many members or a very active crew boss/council. Although the crew wasn’t very active, they remained on the statistics page for weeks after weeks. Members were getting tired of it and weren’t very happy anymore with their old boss. It resulted in a take-over from two of its members who decided they were up for the task of leading the crew in a better direction. These two members were TeachMeMaster and BRODUER and I want to thank TMM for the given information so I could write my article about it. This wasn’t just an impulsive action, but built up over the time just waiting for it to happen. Sometimes enough is enough so they started searches en took control for once and for all. TMM wouldn’t give us the information about the shootings because this could result in someone using it against them or friends of his. When they took control over the crew they changed the name into Downtown Delegates which was originally thought up by BRODUER. TeachMeMaster agreed on it and changed the name the moment they had enough money saved up for it. Apart from the two council members named above there also is UnknownNija who they promoted to be their recruiter and third council member. UnknownNija had been a good and loyal member to the crew so TMM felt he deserved the position over everyone else.
I’ve also asked TMM questions such ‘Are you at war or allied with some?’ and he answered me that they are friendly with most crews and don’t want to get involved in crew wars whatsoever. Also they don’t have any allied crews on the statistics page nor are they looking for this to happen. Downtown Delegates can protect themselves en could handle every given situation perfectly. One of their objectives is to have a very active crew forum, making this their number one rule on applying for DD. Although a vouch is not needed, it will improve your chances of joining the crew. Rank and wealth is less important because a good player can work his way up within a week. Promoting the crew is not done by forum topics or sending random people a BM, it’s done by simply waiting for good members to come to them and I personally think this is can be called a positive thing about this strong bunch of friends.
What is more to say about DD? They stock bullets all the time, train Gymnasium as much as they can resulting in them all having a BAR or Thompson (with a few exceptions) and they have fixed OC teams so everyone OC’s twice a day. They’re growing stronger day by day and their main goal at the moment is to be able to protect themselves and according to TMM they’re succeeding. Of course there are lots of other goals and dreams within the crew, but this is for crewmembers only and not for our ears here at the Buzz.
Downtown Delegates is a very nice crew to be a part off and TeachMeMaster is a wonderful person to know and get in touch with.
