We are divided, you and I, for it is our nature
We act differently. We react differently.
We learn and unlearn differently.
We see, think, feel, love and experience differently.
As unalike as the sun and moon in the ever expanding cosmos, and yet-
Yet we still, to this day, know not why
Why our lives do cross in such inevitability?
Why can we not remove ourselves and become separate?
Isolate, desolate, unafraid of our own silence
An single unbound soul with the passion of a thousand
I ponder these thoughts to myself in despair
As celestial bodies contemplate their purpose.
Though, I comforted only by the mere thought
That, in this state, I might never find
The answer
