Last week, in the early hours of Sunday morning, we heard shots fired. Several crewless accounts were being killed. This seemed very familiar so we at the Buzz decided to investigate. One name was on the tips of many people’s tongue and was the mysterious new owner of Illinois bullet factory. When we took a closer look, it became evident that this player had claimed the kills and was a member of Asura, an underground crew that had performed many shootings of recent and were certainly making a name for themselves. What could be the reason for the capture of Illinois bullet factory? The shooter Ravage had this to say: ‘I think Nujam (aka Nuvalari, boss of Asura) shot for it last time and then one of our friends was shot holding it, so I shot all the accounts that held it and took it back Simples. Not sure if we're claiming it but I have it right now don't I?’ Indeed he did and next we posed the question of his position in the crew to which he responded: ‘I guess I don't really have one, although Nuvalari claims himself as the boss, we all do our part and no one member is completely dominant within the group.’ So the crew is run more like a democracy with one overall leader, seems like more and more crews are being run that way these days.
Asura are used to undertaking impressive shootings with forty one accounts being killed on this occasion however, the money dropped wasn’t such a substantial quantity as they might have liked, roughly only one hundred million disappeared from the game but nonetheless we at the Buzz wanted to know how Ravage stocked for the spree. We asked him whether he bought from bullet factories or using points to acquire the bullets. He replied: ‘Much like Morokei's, I bought from factories up to the day and then changed up a few points I had laying around to fill in the rest.’ It seems they have made themselves well acquainted with using points when it came to bullet purchases and certainly a lot of shootings committed by them but could we see more from them in the future? Ravage seemed to hope so and with that, we asked him about Asura’s true goals. Other than trying to hit shooters and bankers in general, was there a crew in particular Asura were looking to weaken and which they may consider to be an enemy? Ravage stated: ‘Nope, not at all. Any cash, bullets or accounts removed from the game give us an advantage so that's our main goal.’ A bit cagey but maybe he was telling the truth. Maybe Asura don’t have any enemies or perhaps they do? Only they truly know that. We wrapped up the interview with asking him if there was anything he wanted to add to which he responded: ‘I guess just that it feels so good to be back! I haven't done a spree in probably three and a half years - and hopefully this will be the first of many.’ It makes a change from Nuvalari being the sole shooter that claims Asura sprees but what certainly raised an eye brown with us at the Buzz, was the fact that after we last spoke to Nuvalari about this during his spree, Ravage was able to perform a spree of his own a few days later. Maybe a statement of Asura’s resources or just a fortunate circumstance? Once again, only they will truly know that.
Ravage was able to able to hold onto Illinois bullet factory for a further two days before being killed and disposed from it where it was then acquired by Taste aka Jabbie. He was holding Illinois bullet factory for his new crew Nothing Personal before he too was later shot and it fell from his grasp. We were however, unable to acquire an interview with him.
