Last week, Saturday evening, news was spiraling around that Downtown Delegates were experiencing the dreaded crew wipe. A crew that had been on the stats for quite a while was now hanging by a thread but why didn’t the shooter finish them off? Could this attack be some sort of a statement to Downtown Delegates rather than an attempted crew wipe? We at the Buzz took a closer look at this situation. MafiaLife, a member of Downtown Delegates was left as the only boss+ account that was eligible to hold the crew (in order to wipe a crew all boss+ accounts must be killed) but did the shooter really let them live or was there another reason behind it? We contacted MafiaLife to see if he could shed some light on this unfortunate circumstance. MafiaLife told us that Mugiwara was the shooter responsible and then pointed that the shooter had in fact failed to kill him before then taking time out to mock Mugiwara for this failed attempt on his life. Well that cleared one thing up. Downtown Delegates were the victims of an attempted crew wipe but what was the reason behind this and could they have their days numbered? Only one way to find out and on that note we went on to speak to Mugiwara to see if we could gather more information regarding this.
We approached Mugiwara to ask a few questions whilst trying carefully not got on the wrong end of their wrath. Firstly we asked if they were indeed behind the attack on Downtown Delegates and secondly, if Most wanted had anything to with this event since they were displaying Most wanted pictures. Mugiwara stated that was indeed all true and went on to say that Downtown Delegates were shot for getting involved with Most wanted’s business. So what exactly was this ‘Most wanted’ business? At the time of the attack on Downtown Delegates, they were in possession of New Jersey bullet factory, one that they had acquired from Most wanted during the wipe of Decadence earlier that week (the member of Most Wanted holding this bullet factory was present in Decadence) so could this be the ‘Most wanted’ business that Downtown Delegates interfered with? Were Downtown Delegates behind the wipe of Decadence? We at the Buzz decided to contact Downtown Delegates to get their perspective on this thing matter. Unfortunately at this point, Downtown Delegates had their final boss+ account shot and on that bombshell, the crew then dropped.
After a little look around, we managed to track down Swaninky, boss of Downtown Delegates and posed a few questions to him. Was Downtown Delegates responsible for the wipe of Decadence (they are now back on the stats) earlier that week and could the attempt on holding New Jersey bullet factory be a wrong move that led to his crew’s demise? Swaninky said: ‘It all started when we shot Decadence, took the BF and not gave it back, haha. Probably the reason for most shootings in BL; bullet Factories. No I don’t think it was a wrong move. It’s too bad that we got wiped, but that is part of the game.’ When asked whether Downtown Delegates would be looking for revenge or calling it quits and if they had any final comments to say to Most Wanted, Swaninky replied: ‘Revenge sounds like someone did some thing terrible to me and I have to take care of it. I just accept that we are dead. We are reorganising at the moment. Going to keep ug for a while and then we will see btw, if we take your BF please don’t ask it back.’ So there we have it. Downtown Delegates claim to be the ones that shot for New Jersey bullet factory and wiped Decadence in the process so maybe they did bite off more than they could chew.
To wrap this up, we decided to have another word with Most Wanted and see if we could retrieve any further information and with that, we managed to contact Aldo, a former a boss of Axteze whom is now with Most Wanted and would like to stay anonymous. We started by asking him what his position was in the crew. He stated: ‘We treat each other as equal at MW although there is an integral group of members who make things tick if you will.’ That statement seems to be familiar. Something we have being hearing a lot of late. Next we moved on and asked him two further questions. Why was Downtown Delegates wiped (hoping he would tell us something other than what we knew already) and if they had any alliance with Decadence? Aldo replied: ‘It's simple, they interfered with our business. We have to protect what we believe is our property. Alliance is a strong word, although we are friendly with a lot of crews we share no alliances.’ A cagey from response from Aldo regarding the Downtown Delegates’s situation but he has cleared things up with respect to any alliances with Decadence. Finally, we asked Aldo if he would like to send any message to Downtown Delegates or any other crews out there looking to follow suit and launch an attack on their bullet factories and any final comments he would like to make. Aldo had this to say: ‘We don't really see DD as a problem, well not at all if I'm honest. It was their choice to get involved in our business and they felt the consequences. The way they have behaved has been embarrassing and the way some of their crew members/leaders have chose to speak to me is ridiculous. We gave them plenty of options enough times and they threw it back in our face like they were actually a good crew. Unfortunately, we have come to realise that they aren't so that means they cant give us much of a fight, regardless to how they threaten us. Because of the way a certain member decided to speak to and post private conversations on the forum, (which was edited by him to make me look foolish) I have took it upon my self to never let Downtown Delegates play the game again. They will be shot every time they come to the statistics. Also, for those who are wondering and those who keep questioning this, I am nothing to do with Axteze any more, they handle their own business now. I am a full time member of Most Wanted and will be for the majority of the rest of my playing days. Any problems with Axteze, contact Distance (the now sole boss of Axteze). Any problems with Most Wanted feel free to get in touch.’
In conclusion, we at the Buzz would love to see any future retaliations from Downtown Delegates but how would they go about doing that? Most Wanted have not stated outright any crews that they are allied with but just rather ones that they are friendly with. Many will believe that there more to this ‘friendliness’ than Most Wanted are letting on. Should Downtown Delegates bare in mind these crews if they decide to launch an attack on Most Wanted and if so, how exactly do you attack an underground crew (after all that is what Most wanted is) and it’s allies? Do Downtown Delegates have enough resources to mount a retaliation? Will they ever return to the statistics? Many questions raised and only ones that can only be answered in time but be rest assured we at the Buzz will be here to bring you those answers if when and we receive them. Until then, happy gaming and I hope you enjoyed WhiteBeard’s last article.
