This weeks edition of Forum Post of the Week comes from perhaps the most prolific forum whore on the game, DTOX, as he went on a crazy, maybe even butt-hurt rant about current Help Desk Operator Accusavo. The two have been at ends with each other in quite a public manner for a few weeks now, which has seen Accusavo take up arms and continually kill DTOX of late. Many, myself included, would regard this as heroic behavior by the HDO, but unfortunately DTOX seems unamused. He posted the following topic in the Game Forum (later moved to the Off Topic Forum):
A couple of days ago I laughed at Accusavo for having the intellectual capabilities of a 14 year old in the Astraea crew forum. For some reason he got extremely mad, he started killing me over and over. All the symptoms of Extremos Buttmatos rife. Someone jimmies completely rustled.
So, in the topic "Requested Kill.", I called him a faggot for that reason. after all, he was being a whiny little biatch. He muted me for abuse he got for being a player. This kid isn't fit to be a HDO. Please consider the informative nature of this topic.
tl;dr: Accusavo is buttmad and abuses his powers.

Ironically, I am actually fully aware that at least part of this statement is a lie. I make no secret of the fact I hate DTOX, with his largely non-constructive whorish replies in the Forums. So when Accusavo talked to me previously about killing DTOX, I was more than happy to encourage him. This was way before Astraea even appeared on the Statistics page, so the first part of DTOX's statement is clearly untrue, it was not provoked by a discussion in the Crew's Forum.
The abuse of people who put their time and effort into the game, is in my opinion unacceptable. As previously stated in my article 'Put up or shut up' we have to consider what state the game would be in without the volunteer staff that oversee its smooth running on a day to day basis. So again I feel it right that when a player decides to abuse said staff member, that they receive adequate sanctions to discourage this behavior from re-occurring.
Should this of actually constituted abuse of power, then we would of seen Accusavo reprimanded in some way, shape or form. However we have not, suggesting in fact that he was well within his rights and supported to make the decision he did. I personally with [Accusavo all the best in continually killing DTOX as many times as he possibly can in the future, as I feel he has no positive impact on this game what so ever. You as the reader are of course entitled to disagree with me, but I feel I am, as one of only two people willing to put effort into the Buzz each week, entitled to air my views.
