Enemy of The State, a crew who has more than 50 members and own two Bullet Factories. The two crew bosses are both well-known players; Wridge and Stow. The past months we witnessed several RIP-topics of Stow where he stated his reason for shooting a specific person. These topics resulted in uproar on the Forums. Many players called him a fool, an idiot or a donkey. Not everyone, because he is still a Boss of a crew who has been on the statistics for quite a long time. Maybe too long, because Enemy of The State were attacked this week. An attack performed by two shooters; PutTheKettleOn and Sunzi.
The attack did not result in the drop of the crew spot, but approximately 50 players were killed. According to Wridge the attack resulted in a big loss and they definitely did not see the attack coming. But why were they attacked? Is it because of their Bullet Factories? We tried to locate the shooters, but the only thing we could find were the flowers on their graves. Fortunately both shooters were so kind to leave a picture of their crew on their profile. Sunzi had a picture of Vendetta on his profile. We at the Buzz recognized the picture, but we did not know who to contact. The other shooter, PutTheKettleOn, also known as Mason, had a picture of Event Horizon on his profile. We were shocked, because it has been a while since we witnessed a picture of Event Horizon. It was time to visit the commander-in-chief of Event Horizon; Betty.
We received delicious coffee, but we really wanted to hear some answers. Was Event Horizon behind the attack on Enemy of The State? According to BettyEvent Horizon was ‘‘not really behind it’’, but they took part in the attack. They worked together with the other shooter to carry it out. Fair enough, but we truly have no information regarding the crew ‘Vendetta’. Unfortunately Betty had no information either, she only worked together with Sunzi, nothing more. Nothing more? Well, it seems Event Horizon and Vendetta had the same enemy, the Enemy of The State to be precisely. We asked Betty why they planned an attack on Enemy of The State and not a different crew. She stated: ‘‘Enemy of The State was the chosen target due to the arrogance they portray. Sucking off underground crews to stay on stats doesn't give you licence to act like an arrogant prick in the public forums’’. Underground crews? It seems The Family is once again involved in an event on Bootleggers, because according to BettyEnemy of The State is sucking off The Family. Finally Betty wanted to thank everyone who was involved and she stated: ‘‘Could the members of ETS please stop being butt hurt in my inbox, it's getting very full in there. Part of the game is getting shot, suck it up buttercups’’.
We received interesting information from Betty, but we wanted to know the exact position of Enemy of The State? It is not a very big surprise that they are allied with The Family, because we at the Buzz witnessed plenty of shooters in their crew spot (Bungalow, for example). We tried to get more information from Stow, but he refused to give any information to the Buzz. A pity, but fortunately Enemy of The State has another crew boss; Wridge. We messaged him and as always he had time for the Bootleggers Buzz. Unfortunately he changed his mind, because his Co-Boss told him not to say anything to the Buzz. A pity, because we really wanted to cover both sides of the story.
The Buzz has no idea how many resources were used, but shooting approximately 50 high ranked accounts must be very expensive. It seems someone on Bootleggers does not like the arrogance of one of the crew bosses of Enemy of The State. Was this really the reason of the shooting or is there more? I personally believe Enemy of The State got attacked for helping The Family. We at the Buzz witnessed several shooters of The Family joining Enemy of The State. It is pretty clear that Enemy of The State is allied with The Family. Was this attack an attempt to stop the ‘big puppet’ of The Family? Let’s hope it wasn’t, because who wants to die because of the arrogance of his/her crew boss? According to someone who wanted to remain anonymous not all members of Enemy of The State know that they are allied with The Family. The Buzz apologies for the one-sided story, but as stated before the bosses of Enemy of The State did not want to comment.
