I would like to kick off this interesting article by apologizing for it's late release, as the events to which we refer in this read occurred in the week prior to this however due to my own personal circumstance I was unable to produce the article on time. All that aside, this is the most interesting of tales. It all began as we saw Most Wanted Boss Aldo wipe the crew Haze Blazers from the Statistics, along with what appeared to be all obvious members of The Invisibles and some other random (or perhaps not random) crewless accounts. Upon completion of said wipe, a crew spot was created under the name The Deadly Alliance, a familiar name for many of us. Fellow Boss of Most Wanted, Aaron, is of course a former Boss of the once great crew, however the use of the crew name sparked anger among many. This was far from the end of proceedings however!
Controversy continued as we saw our own Editor and Boss of Astraea (an outifit which appeared to of been created to house Most Wanted's Bullet Factories) ShyGuy, call into action three shooters of his own. Abii, stoli and Pjutter opened fire upon both Most Wanted and The Family, as shooters from both underground outfits dropped, one of them being The Family's NYC, who was in the middle of what appeared to be the wipe of long standing Statistics crew La Onda. The reason for this? It was claimed that among the random accounts that Most Wanted had taken down, were shooters and/or bankers belonging to Astraea. This was seen as a betrayal by the crews Boss and so the shooters were dropped. The action was far from over there however, as Most Wanted proceeded to then drop both Astraea and finish the job started by their friends The Family by wiping what remained of La Onda. So, with our summary complete, we proceeded to seek contact with Aldo, the Boss of Most Wanted and first shooter in this series of fire exchanges.
We decided to go about our interview in order of the events as they occurred. So our first question for Aldo, was why did they choose to wipe Haze Blazers in the first place? It appeared they had been the architects of their own downfall, as we were told, "They changed their names to Haze Blazers or something along those lines. I was going to wipe them originally when they were Blood Money because the boss at that time attempted to scam Spongy who is a member of Most Wanted, by pretending to be Kraake on Skype and asked him to get as many of our resources as possible and send them to him and as a reward, Spongy would be able to join The Family. We also wanted a crew spot, so even though they changed leadership we still decided to go ahead and shoot for the spot." So a weak and indeed silly scam by the original Bosses of the spot indeed lead to them losing the spot entirely. This was of course coupled by the fact that Most Wanted desired a spot anyway. However it has to be said there were very few tears shed as the crew met its end, with many of the members conducting themselves in a way unappreciated by the games community. Aldo also added that himself and Most Wanted had also targeted, "Erm, we shot all known The Invisible members and the rest were just random." It did however prove that these randoms would prove the trigger for some unwanted shootings in the direction of both Most Wanted and The Family, as ShyGuy reacted angrily to the apparent loss of bankers and/or shooters belonging to Astraea that were lost among the kills made by Most Wanted. This however came as a surprise to the crews Boss, Aldo, as we found out more.
But what had Aldo made of ShyGuy's reaction to the shootings? They had appeared to be friends, enough at least for ShyGuy to Boss Most Wanted's holding spot and be trusted to presumably distribute crew bullets to shooters when needed, however the friendship appeared to of met a bitter end in this instance. Aldo had this to say, "Astraea is a crew that was made BY Most Wanted and FOR Most Wanted as nothing more than a place to house our Bullet Factories. We asked ShyGuy, someone who I used to consider a close friend to boss the crew for us and that was it, we were under the impression the crew had no shooters or money men because if it was wiped we would be the ones who would take revenge. I still to this day don't believe that we hit any one belonging to ShyGuy and that this is nothing more than his Ego coming into play and he was pissed off because we never shown him a list." Clearly unimpressed by the actions of his former friend, Aldo now looks to punish the actions of him and the shooters whom he called into action. It has to be said it seems a waste to put three accounts into killing just a few shooters, however this clearly reflects the unplanned nature of the kills that were made. With ShyGuy and Most Wanted/Aldo's relationship now left in tatters, where would both parties turn? The week in passing saw the Bullet Factories owned by Most Wanted preside in the spot The Anarchists, with Colorado and California Bullet Factories appearing to fall into the hands of The Family in a holding spot of their own named Quantum. It was also rumored that ShyGuy could of taken dislike to the fact that Most Wanted had chosen to name the spot they shot for The Deadly Alliance.
We continued to question ShyGuy's possible reasons for retaliation from the point of view of Aldo. Was it his ego? Was it the fact he didn't like that The Deadly Alliance name had been used? Had he genuinely lost holders in the Most Wanted original shootings? Aldo responded by telling us, "He was nothing more than a member of The Deadly Alliance, we never intended to bring the crew back properly, we just wanted some where to put the bullet factories. A lot of people were annoyed that we decided to use the name, and we were planning on changing it to just simply, "Victory" ShyGuy jumped the gun and decided to shoot all of the accounts we knew, and it was a pathetic attempt, he used three shooters to kill roughly ten accounts, he insided us and hard kicked us and he still managed to fail kills on two accounts. As soon as Max said we had shot his accounts, I instantly apologised and genuinely did feel quite bad, the fact he retaliated really did annoy me, I don't know if you will recall but around 5-6 months ago Max did a little spree with Distance under the crew named Medellin, he didn't show me a list and as a result he cost me $600,000,000, I was indeed annoyed but he apologised and I forgave him and we carried on as normal, because that's what friends do right? I guess he just shown his true colours and him, Abii and Pjutter will pay the price for it." If this is indeed the case, and Aldo had previously shown understanding and courtesy on a previous occasion and that was not reflected by ShyGuy on this one, then his frustration may be further understood. We saw this as a fitting point however to grab a word with the other focal point for all this chit-chat, and stole a word with ShyGuy to get his side on this strange story!
We asked him what had lead to him giving the order for both Most Wanted and The Family members to be shot, and where he felt his relations with both parties now stood. He summed things up briefly, telling us, "I had several reasons, but creating TDA and shooting our holders was the 'droplet'. Aaron contacted me several months ago if I wanted to assist Most Wanted. They needed a crew spot. I didn't want to create a crew at the beginning, but I decided to create Astraea. Once the crew spot was created I enjoyed it, but it was never my intention of leading a serious crew. I wanted an active crew forum, that's it. The past weeks Most Wanted demanded some changes in Astraea, but I refused. When Most Wanted created TDA, they ordered members of Astraea to join them. They used our members as meatshields and I find that very disrespectful. My relation with Most Wanted is pretty bad. I don't have any grudges on them. They promised to rape me, but my cork is doing well. It's a pity that Aldo is mad at me, but I understand his reasons." As with every story on this game and in general life, there is three sides to every story, one from each side and then the truth which usually lies somewhere in the middle. The result of this one as with many that you will see of the round is nothing more in realism than a couple of dead crews and a broken friendship. Is will most certainly not be the last incident of this nature and is not the first that we have seen.
We diverted our attention back to Aldo now. As had been seen, Bungalow also known as NYC of The Family had been part-way through an attempted wipe of La Onda when he was slain. However he did not have to despair for long as when Most Wanted took vengeance upon Astraea, they also finished the job which bungalow has started by wiping La Onda from the Statistics. Did this signal that Aldo and Aaron's crew now bore alliance with The Family? We asked Aldo, and he responded merely by saying, "We have lots of friends!" Make of that what you will, but it was far from denying the link!
So, the saga appeared to of come to an end. With Haze Blazers, Astraea, La Onda and the briefly resurrected The Deadly Alliance all meeting a sore end. Most Wanted now look once again for a new holding crew, The Family continue their business operating from the shadows but also appearing to now have a frontal Statistics crew of their own and we wait to see what will come of La Onda following their two part dismissal from the Statistics. With Aldo promising to wreak vengeance upon ShyGuy, Abii and Pjutter will we soon see them go underground as well? Only time will tell with many of these situations. But what do you make of this whole fiasco? Is it a game of egos or one of friendship. You decide!
