Welcome Back Asura? ShyGuyXVII

Last Wednesday we witnessed one of the largest shootings of this round. Approximately 150 accounts were killed which resulted in a drop of approximately 400 million dollar. For those who are interested, that is around 4% of the total game money. The Buzz was very surprised when we located the shooters; Sidewind and prismatic. The profile of Sidewind was innocent, however the profile of prismatic contained enough information; Asura.

It has been a while since we witnessed a shooting of The Family or Asura, so we were pretty curious why they popped up all of sudden. A few months ago the Buzz heard that Asura retired, however it seems that matter is incorrect. The Buzz had a talk with prismatic and asked what exactly happened with Asura. He stated: ‘‘A lot of us have lost interest in the game, I actually have no contact with most people in Asura anymore due to not having MSN. But we're still lurking’’. Losing interest in Bootleggers can happen on various ways such as losing all your resources or being the only decent crew who is playing the game. According to prismatic Asura has plenty of resources, because he shot out 20,000 points alone. An astonishing amount and it made us curious about the future plans of Asura. Prismatic stated: ‘‘No idea, probably enjoy our summer and hope for the updates that are incoming; this game is dead and it's actually not that enjoyable for us. I'm pretty sure the kill feature should be used more than the busting feature’’. A cynical but true message. We continued with a fancy interview with the other shooter; Sidewind.

A few months ago we already witnessed a shooting of Sidewind (Buzz Issue #58), but it seems nobody had the need to kill him. This week he killed 48 players and the Buzz was interested in the reason behind these killings. We asked him about these reasons but he simply stated: ‘‘Well I was just the guy pulling the trigger so couldn't give a proper reason as to why these certain accounts were chosen’’. According to Sidewind a good friend asked him asked if he wanted to shoot some players together with prismatic. He did not mind and he simply received points, money and a list of targets. He was given an amount of 22,000 points, which means 42,000 points were used. Not to mention the search costs, which are around 40 million of Sidewind only. A sick amount which shows that the current round is definitely being dominated already. Finally we asked Sidewind if he is also part of Asura, but this was not the case. He replied: ‘‘Nah I am not a part of any crew but as I have a couple good friends in there I was more than willing to shoot when I was asked’’.

An interesting shooting and it seems Asura is definitely not retired. A shooting which resulted in the death of approximately 150 accounts and a drop of 42,000 points. It is proof that this round is will remain being dominated and many shootings will follow. In case we witness another shooting from Asura we will definitely update you in the next issue of the Bootleggers Buzz.
