TheCatWasInTheHat, could you introduce yourself to the Bootleggers Community? My name is Sam, I am 25 years old. Half French, Half Palestinian. I am a CPA ( Certified Public Accountant ) and an MCP ( Microsoft Certified Professional ). I work as a Financial Consultant for Microsoft. I travel every 6 months or so. depends on where I am needed. I am currently staying in South Africa.
Accountants are awesome! What exactly is CPA and MCP? What I do basically is going to people who hire us as consultants to help them improve their operations and business Processes. Giving them the guide lines to the best practices that will help them make more profit and survive this economy. What should they do and what not to be done. Suggest a systems that will help them improve operation and save money.
Clear! Why do you love it so much? Well, to be honest with u. I love how much it pays haha. Plus in the past 4 years I have been to 23 countries. So this is also kinda cool. On the other hand this is what I have always wanted to do. and I am good at it.
Isn't it hard to miss your family and friends while you are away? That's the only thing that is bad about my job. I am kinda used to traveling now. But it is hard. I do miss my family and my friends. But you can't be someone without working hard for it. Eventually I will get a better title and being away will pay off. And then I can just sit and enjoy the pay off of my hard work.
What was your favourite assessment so far? When I was introduced as the "Go to guy" to Tami Reller who is Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Microsoft Windows division.
That's amazing, really! Bootleggers time. State of the game, your opinion! BL is a really interesting game. a bit addictive for me. I have been playing this game for around 8 years now. I like the new features and stuff in the game, what I don't like about it is how u sometimes get killed for no reason. This is the only thing that kinda pisses me off. But other than that I enjoy playing the game.
Is there any way to prevent this random killing? What I've tried to do is try to figure out who is behind the killings and maybe try to be their friend or whatever. But it didn't work out for me too well. cause i lost like 5 accounts this round for no reason.
What about the crew feature? Your opinion. A crew is a good way to protect urself to a certain extent. You won't get killed in the random killings but u might get killed because a crew member is acting stupid and then causes the whole crew to be wiped or maybe in a crew war. So choosing the right crew is critical. Knowing that underground crews like TF or Asura might be the safest crews if u know how to watch ur mouth and not get urself killed by pissing a random player off. Although it is hard to join those crews and u will eventually be known and get killed when people know u are the one who killed them before.
Okidokie. What would you do if you were a Moderator of Bootleggers? The most important thing I believe a mod should do is keeping the game fair. And by that I mean monitoring the players and making sure that all players are following the rules so that everybody gets a fair chance to play. On the other hand I would make sure to listen to suggestions and maybe see if there is a way to improve the game. Although I believe Mods and HDOs are doing a good job and I would like to take this chance and thank u guys for ur effort. Much appreciated.
Awesome! Do you think we need a reset? To be honest with u. yes I do. I was talking about this to the other guys like a couple of days ago and I think it is about time for I can't remember exactly when did this round started but it has been going on for more than 18 months for sure. A lot of high ranks and a lot of killings at the moment. A reset will but things back on track.

Finally, TheCatWasInTheHat, what is the story behind your username?! It was my first account like 8 years ago I guess. I was about to join the game because my friend was playing it and I asked him to create the account for me and show me how it is played. He used that name and I used it again this round.
Excellent. Anything you'd like to add? Ya ya, I would like to steal a police car. I have been playing this game for a while and I think I've earned it to get one haha.

Swept, could you introduce yourself to the Bootleggers Community?! Hi my real name is bob I live in a little village in Suffolk England, I'm a carpenter by trade been doing it for 6 ish years now since I left school, I used to play bl back in 04 but stopped playing then started again about 2-3 years ago but again stopped playing once you couldn't rank past boss without being shot so I quit until a few weeks ago when I decided to start again but for how long this time I don't know.
A carpenter! Why a carpenter?! Dunno really started when I done design and technology in school making bird boxes and things like that and just loved it so I thought might aswell do something you love.
Could you give us a short description of a normal day at work? Well at the moment I work for a real wood kitchen making company so we basically start with a lot of wood then we have to make all the units doors etc cut the specified design into them and whatever else to meet the customers requirements.
What's the most awesome thing you ever made? Hmm well I must admit I don't really get much time to make things for myself these days but when I first started I made an awesome bird table for my nan which I was very impressed with and she's still got it standing strong in her garden to this day. But most of the kitchens we make look fantastic once there put into situ.
What about your future plans? You want to start your own firm? Havnt really thought that far yet I say at the moment it's my uncles company and there's 3 of us that work for him so at the moment I'm quite happy where I am but who knows maybe one day ill go on my own or maybe ill get it handed down to me.
It's a hard job? Yes and no really it does take a lot of hard graft but I suppose it's like anything once you know what youre doing it doesn't seem too hard.
Okido. Bootleggers time. How did you end up playing Bootleggers? Well a lot of people in my school were playing it in 2004 so felt only fitting to join in with the rest of them.
2013 now. Still playing, how come? Well like I said in the first question I quit a few times but only started playing this time about a few weeks ago. It is a very addictive game to play though as soon as you start again your hooked.
Haha! What's your favourite feature? Well I like to gamble but now that there's a lot of changes to busting I'm starting to do that again.
Interesting. What kind of feature would you add if you were in charge? Can't really think of anything at the moment it seems pretty good at the moment
What about the amount of players? It definitely seems to of decreased from what I remember but there still seems to be a fair few amount of people that do actually play.
Fair enough. Do you think this round is being dominated? Well from what I've read in the forums and seen for myself it still is being dominated but not to the extent of what it was last round at least you can rank past boss now.
You think we need a reset? I don't think we need one just yet but personally I would like to see one yes.
When do you think we need one? Well only time will tell if a lot of money was to be removed from the game and a lot of gf+ accounts were to be wiped I think a lot of people might want to see one.

What's your opinion about Snowden and the entire spy thingy? Well don't really know much about the topic if I'm honest but I don't think it was right for Russia to take him in he should go back to USA and face what he's done.

Haha awesome. Best moment on Bootleggers? Probably have to say in 2004 when the whole school was racing to get to ldon first and I won.
