Today we saw the creation of the 10,000th help desk ticket by Rainbow Dash who let the rest of the game know by graciously putting it up in the game forum. Thus making it to forum post of the week.

With an average of around 17 help desk tickets made every day with everything from people reporting dupes to people having problems playing blackjack and almost everything in between. Our trusted Moderators and help desk operators are manning the lines to answer your questions.
We asked some of the staff what was the strangest ticket they had answered. ShyGuy was the first to answer with a fairly short reply which got us thinking bout the poor new players who don't know the layout of the site and feeling pretty sorry for them. His answer? "How to logout." For those of you still wondering about this small but important feature, if you scroll down to the bottom of the left hand side bar underneath the link to war you can find the logout button.
Youn was next to reply saying that he once had an in game proposal waiting for him in the help desk. Perhaps shockingly (depending on your views of course) he declined. As a suggestion if you wish to propose to anyone either in game or out don't do it at their place of work also try and make sure that you know them first. Also never forget that present will get you far!
Finally Mika replied saying that he couldn't think of anything particularly funny or interesting to talk about only that on occasion he gets a few beggars wanting money. To which we say "Boo!" Please go make your own money it's easy if you try!
