The Family Come Out Strong Again Riverpenguin

Early this week we witnessed a number of shootings which led to a sizeable chunk of our Bootleggers community put to the grave. We here at the buzz went searching for the person behind it all and came across Dunk, who we believe to be a member of infamous underground crew The Family. With a trail of bodies lying in his wake, several bullet factories and a crew spot became available which began the struggle to obtain them. With Dunk claiming them, he soon became the target and was left dead a matter of hours after his spree.

The shooting began on Sunday evening when we saw an attack of incredible magnitude, with 82 accounts being wiped. We hunted down the shooter who we found out to be Dunk, who also happens to be a member of The Family. We tried to get in contact with him, but he was unwilling to disclose much information as he’d been instructed to keep quiet about the shooting. When we questioned him on his targets, he told us ‘we just shot to get to potential bankers/shooters and secure some bf’s.’ With 82 accounts dropped, we were eager to find out whether they had been successful in their goals. We enquired as to the exact figures for money and bullets taken out of the game, to which he replied ‘around 400 mil and 550k bullets got dropped.’ Among the fallen were one of our new statistics crews this week: Green Street Elite, who we haven’t seen for almost four years. Dunk was also successful in reclaiming the New York, California and Colorado bullet factories.

However, with one player holding so many valuable possessions having obtained them through a mass shooting, Dunk became Bootlegger’s number one target. He found himself dead a matter of hours after his spree; however, we have been unable to track down the killer. It was Designated Drinkers who were first to obtain the fallen commodities, picking up the bullet factories and reinstating themselves as a statistics crew once more. However, when we queried them on whether they had been the ones behind the death of Dunk, they told us they had played no such part, but merely been in the right place at the right time to pick up the pieces.

The events of Sunday evening do not end there, with Sapientia once again being wiped from the statistics page. They had recently reclaimed the spot after their demise last week, however, with the bullets flying The Billionaires Club sensed an opportunity to put themselves on the statistics page and shot out at Sapientia. We are told that they only had to kill one person to achieve that goal, with Boney the target as he was the only member of Sapientia ranked Boss or higher at the time.

Once again we’ve witnessed a very eventful start to our week here on Bootleggers, with three bullet factories changing hands multiple times and several crews fighting to obtain a spot on the statistics. What are your feelings on the shootings conducted by Dunk? Can he count the attack as a success with the resources he eliminated from the game, or could he have done better? We’re certainly looking forward to what we will witness early next week and as always, we will keep you updated to the best of our abilities.
