Zombie Campaign Saga Continues Executor

In last week’s issue of the Buzz, we reported on the Zombie Campaign information that was controversially leaked on the Game Forum by Mango with this resulting in his account getting shot and ultimately the sale of the crew. (http://www.bootleggers.us/buzz/index.php?view=125).

Since publication of this article, the new account of Mango, yiayia (which has since been killed) was tracked down and was available to comment on the previous week’s occurrences.

He informed us, “I think the article is well written given what was there to go on. However it implies that my aim was to get out information regarding the crew to really damage Zombie Campaign which is misguided. In reality, the damage was already done and that was what led to me giving the information. I scammed Zombie Campaign members of a total of 3800 points, we were going to buy a BF and I was going to contribute 7500. The ease at which I was given 3800 points implied to me that this was not a crew to invest 7500 points in and so I scammed them.”

So it seems that initially with good intentions, Mango’s opinion of his crew changed when he saw how easily large amounts of points were transferred between members.

At this point, however, he was clearly a highly trusted Zombie Campaign crew member; but this was all about to change. “I went on vacation as I went abroad to France and when I returned, I was still in Zombie Campaign. People were asking me for things back – I wasn’t even hard-kicked. I wanted to die, so I had to provoke them, which I evidently did, since Genesis was wishing me dead in real life in the thread. I find this incredibly ironic given how he went on to admitting in the game forum how he hacked a TAO player and has since quit/gone UG, leaving Zzombie Campaign to disband, which it now has.”

Seemingly confused as to Mango’s whereabouts, the crew waited for his return hoping that it was somehow a misunderstanding and they could go ahead with the planned Bullet Factory purchase. This turned out not to be the case as he had no intention of returning the points to Zombie Campaign.

Mango had decided that this could be time for him to leave his crew and go underground with his newly acquired points; and with the suicide feature not currently available, he decided the best method was to provoke his former crew into killing him.

“It seems like I exited at the perfect time with a healthy profit. I know (most) of the information was useless, but I had to provoke them enough to waste bullets on me so that I could start afresh”. But this could have been all so different if Zombie Campaign had gone ahead with the purchase, they may still be on the Statistics page to this day.
We may see them rise from the dead once more in the future, but for now it seems, they are left to use the sale of their assets to pay back their other loyal members.
