Ever wondered why shooters always perform their sprees on Sundays? Maybe they like rushing the Buzz and get a kick out of this. Just kidding. Well this week was no different. Two different sets of shooting sprees occured on the same day but we'll concentrate on one in this article.
Sunday 27th, the day the graveyard was filled with bodies; blue ones in fact. 5 out of the 7 Buzz writers would all meet their fate (another would later die in an unrelated situation) as they were swiftly sent to the graveyard. Dead Buzz writers? It had to mean our Buzz friendly crew Dead Rabbits were being wiped but who on earth would shoot them? We at the Buzz scattered around to see if we could find any clues left near their corpses and we were in luck. Someone who appeared to be involved was still lurking around; not even trying to hide.
Safely from a distance, we asked Massiveerection aka MrMagic, a known member of The Family, if he had anything to do with the shooting and if so, what were his motives. MrMagic confirmed our suspicions saying; "I ordered it, and took part. Nothing personal, just training for my guys. There was no reason at all, we just wanted to spend some bullets and see if we could do a quick clean wipe. I hope there are no hard feelings." So it seems this was just target practice to see how fast they could shoot. In fact calling this fast would be an understatement as 12 players were sent to the graveyard in the space of 2 minutes and 10 seconds to be precise. Now did he say training my guys? The Buzz probed deeper and wanted to know who else was involved and how much was used in this shooting. MrMagic alerted us to the fact that he had help from Tosk and Sophisticated and that they used 150k bullets; 10k of which were used on a crewless player by the name of TheNotorious, whom tried to convince the Nation Don that MrMagic was a threat to his high ranked position.
Next we moved onto the question of whether we could expect more shootings from MrMagic and his guys to which he responded; "honestly there aren't that many people for us too shoot. I feel we came a bit too late on the stage. So no, not too much to expect. All we can hope to do is improve on our abilities until the reset, whenever that is." MrMagic then added that although he will always be with The Family, he wanted to try something different and see if he could still run a crew, just like he did when he ran The Family some time ago.
That ended our interview with MrMagic so next stop, the victims. We at the Buzz attempted to contact iDaltonnn, our Buzz editor and crew boss of Dead Rabbits but unfortunately, we weren't able to get in contact with him as we would of hoped due to last minute real life issues of his and not to mention I've been a bit busy too.
It's unclear what the future holds for the Dead Rabbits as there doesn't seem to be any talk of a comeback but one can never be too sure. Old School now have their guns trained but the question is, who will be their next target? Should we find out, we'll be sure to let you know in the next edition of the Bootleggers Buzz.
