What an eventful week it has been. Players from several crews being shot left, right and center as well crewless players and not to mention, our Head Moderator stepping down, surely this couldn’t continue? How wrong we were. Thursday evening saw the spree of one player; one we have seen contribute a spree of their own a few months earlier. This was none other than TheDude, a state don of Most Wanted. This time his spree was aimed at 2 crews who go by the name of Around The Corner Bar and The Evil Breed.
With the shooting looking to have calmed down, we decided to speak with TheDude to get information as to why he targeted these 2 crews. Our first response was not one we were expecting to hear. He wasn’t finished with his spree and with a quick look at the statistics, it became apparent that Around The Corner Bar (who at this point still hadn’t changed their crew name from La Hermandad) were still holding on strong. Rumors were surfacing that a combination of failed kills and not searching certain accounts led to this simplistic error; something we weren’t able to confirm. 2 hours later and a few dead accounts with the help of Shinji aka Aaron, leader of Most Wanted, Around The Corner Bar finally joined The Evil Breed to the graveyard and with that, we contacted TheDude once again for an interview.
We firstly asked him whether he was actually responsible for this massacre to which he was able to confirm our suspicions. He then went onto to say; “It's a rinse and repeat process now. Some seem a little confused because I can be a nice guy, but that doesn't mean that I am not still a part of MW and will not shoot them for any, or no reason at all." A fair point raised. He has done a shooting for Most Wanted before so what’s stopping him doing it again? Now with Most Wanted having already shot these crews before, won’t there be a time when enough is enough? TheDude replied; “Never get enough of shooting, ever. Regardless of if it is the same people over and over, the complaining and whining that occurs after is really a laugh. Really have no other reason than being ranked, and grouped up in a spot to be honest. Like herding cattle so to speak.” So it seems this time they were shot due to their increasing ranks and nothing more. We moved on to a more interesting question, where did he obtain these bullets from? Did he take advantage of the personal bullet factory that is available to state dons or did he find an alternative method? He confirmed to us that the 340k bullets he fired on the 42 unfortunate accounts were all bought from his personal bullet factory and wished all those players good luck ranking at which point, our interview with him was now over.
Next we tracked down a council member from The Evil Breed to see if they had any idea why they were targeted by Most Wanted. We spoke with PlainLoco and asked him if he had any idea why they were shot. He told us; “We're not really sure, why MW wiped us the first time. They said it was because one of our members in the crew went rogue and hit one of their members and they wiped us for revenge. Maybe they still hold a grudge for that or Aaron doesn't see us as a crew fit for stats.” It was at this point we made him aware of the true reasons for his crew’s swift removal from the statistics. We asked if this would trigger a different approach from The Evil Breed if a chance arose for them to hit the statistics to which he responded; “I suppose that's a good a reason as any, I had not read that. Either way, we will not be coming back to stats in the same way, that's for sure. If we do intend to come back it will be a lot more organized but there are no hard plans for that right now.” PlainLoco then thanked his fellow crew members for their continued loyalty and wanted to assure them that all the hard work, time and effort with regards to the choice of hitting the statistics after their exit no so long ago was worth it.
So with The Evil Breed interview over, we set on to find a member of Around The Corner Bar and it wasn’t long until we found SexyG, co-boss of ATCB. The Buzz enquired to SexyG if she had any idea why Most Wanted shot them to which she alleged that Aaron just didn’t like them and that they haven’t done anything to deserve it. When asked if they would change their approach to things and whether we could see a revenge shooting she stated; “In time ATCB will be back on stats. We just need to gather a bit more resources this time around. Crew was given to us practically free. So I thought why not? Everyone seems to want it again but I had this feeling MW would get us again and I was right. As for shooting back, not at this time. We are low on rank, supplies and ammo lol. But in the future, they better watch their backs.” Fighting talk from SexyG that could lead to some action. Exactly what we at the Buzz love to hear. SexyG finished off the interview by saying that ATCB will be back no matter how many times they are wiped.
So, with 2 crews once again meeting their maker at the hands of Most Wanted’s state dons, only ATCB seems like the only candidates willing to fight back. ATCB claim to be shooting for revenge in the future but how far ahead in the future is that? Will Most Wanted even let them rank high enough to warrant a challenge or have ATCB got other plans in motion? Will TEB change their stance and join the battle or is all fighting talk just bogus words? Should any information surface that could lead to action, we at the Buzz will be here to bring you all the latest. With that I’d like to thank you all for once again reading the Buzz and particularly an article by yours truly but I must announce that once again, I shall be leaving the Buzz after only a short return. It seems I just haven’t got the time to continue writing for this awesome paper but you are left in the hands of great writers and an awesome editor. Thank you all and keep reading the Buzz.
