"Hey bud how are you? Can I loan some OC cash, back right after!" or even worse "Hey m8, cn I pl0x get sum cash frum u ty". Those are the messages of which I recieve an average 25-30 each day. Old friends find me, old crewmates find me, everybody finds their way to my bank account. But when you're broke yourself, where are those friends, and why do they never message me or help me out then?
Money is way overrated in bootleggers. Ofcourse for the main part of this game, killing, you need money. That is why MW/TF/Asura/anyone else is doing so well, they got their finances right.
For those of you that haven't discovered the feature yet, there's this icon right next to the message box you click to see if any old friend has given you money, it's the jail logo. Busting can be very much fun, it's free, and if you're good at it, you can even make money by competing in bust competitions!
Now for features on "how to make money". Bootlegging. The most underestimated features of all within bootleggers. "Why train so long to be good at negotiating prices", well why even bother criming if those are your reasons. It can make you a lot of cash later on. As Boss+ with high strength and trained negotiation skills you can easily make 200-300k in one day. And that doesn't involve crimes, auto burglary, OC's etc you can do in the meantime.
And then the stock market, nobody looks at the place anymore. No it's true, you can't make 200k within a few hours. But you can make a few mill overnight if you play it right.
I think it's time for people to start playing the game, make their money for whatever reasons they need it, and stop blaming those who got their finances right for shooting them, because they did the right thing from the beginning.
