A few weeks ago the Elite Guard introduced a new referral system, the start of advertising on Bootleggers. For now, let’s forget the terrible and absolutely ridiculous timing of this feature. A new referral system should result in an increase of new players. I believe the current advertising feature is absolutely useless, but let’s imagine that you are a new player and you decided to register today. You will join a game which is absolutely dominated by one group and the Moderators of the game are making preparations for a next round. For the record, both matters are unknown by the new player. Let’s imagine that this new player is criming and stealing cars all day long. For what? Nothing, as the game will probably be resetted soon.
A disgrace, as the new players are literally wasting their time. The only persons who are to blame for this ridiculous fact, is the current Elite Guard. As stated many, many times before, the amount of communication of the Elite Guard is sad. A kid of two years old is even better in communicating than the current team of Moderators on Bootleggers. What is the effort of creating a topic on the Game Forum, saying that the Elite Guard is currently making preparations for a new round? Too much, and it seems the Elite Guard is not even able to create a time schedule for their scheduled changes. All they have communicated so far is that they are making preparations, nothing more. If you have a proper list of things which you need to change, then how in earth is it not possible to point put a certain timeframe? I had a word with Aldarion and he was able to give me a timeframe; 1-6 months. This is not only extremely sad, but it also shows that the current Elite Guard has totally no feeling towards the community of Bootleggers. Each week innocent players are being killed, who totally have no chance of becoming as strong as the current dominating crews. Those players derserve an update, but all they get is a useless comment of Moderators that preparations are planned. Ahh well, fortunately BSF2000 is thanking all these players once in the 4 months for their patience.
There is no purpose of playing anymore, for all the players on Bootleggers, including the players who are part of the dominating crews. Players who decide to register today will never be as strong as the current dominating players, so there is no point in criming all day long. The regular playing is killed as soon as he reaches the rank Boss, pretty sueless. So, what about the dominating crews? The dominating crews are literally killing the game, as players are leaving and most likely not returning. Keep going and in a few years nobody will play Bootleggers, mission accomplished?
No purpose, and the Elite Guard simply fails to see it. As stated in a comment of Aldarion on the Game Forum there will be an update in approximately one month. Another disturbing amount of days which we need to wait.
