The Trust, a secret society with exclusive membership, invites citizens far and wide this great nation to take part in a game. It’s a game of trust and betrayal, it will test your wits and your ability to charm, it’ll unmask your fake friends and strengthen your bond with your real ones.
We like to call Bullets & Alcohol: The Party Game.
The game will see people divided into teams, the size and amount of teams will depend on how many people join. The rules are as follow.
Game Rules
Each player will be randomly assigned into a team(the size and the number of teams depends on how many people join the game)
”Friendly Fire” is allowed.
A player(picked at random) is sent a BM which asks if they wish to shoot another player or do nothing.
If they wish to shoot another player the player they shoot is kicked out of the game.
If they do nothing, nothing happens.
The actions of each player are withheld until the end of every game.
Some players have been randomly given a "package" that contains a powerup which are only actived under one of two circumstances:
1. They shoot someone who had a package and receive it.
2. They have a package, choose to do nothing and "activate" the package
Said packages are kept hidden, that is to say aside from Buzz staff and the Elite Guard, nobody knows whether or not they have a package.
The number of packages in game depend on the number of players playing.
At the end the winning team's member(s) who are "alive" will receive the pot.
In the case of multiple winning teams, the pot will be split among all players who are "alive".
Other prizes will be awarded for various in game actions.
The powerups are as follows:
1. Bullets: Allow you to shoot again(right away or you can choose to wait which means you may be selected again in the future)
2. Bulletproof Vest:This protects you from 1 shooting attempt. It's applied immediately
3. Booby Trap: You strap it to yourself, if someone shoots you, both of you die, also applied immediately
Powerups are applied in the order they are received(if you obtain a Vest and then a Trap, the Trap will be applied and the Vest will be dropped.
The game will function in a round system, a select number of people will be selected and once each one has been contacted and have made their move the round will end and the next one will occur. Prizes will also be issued at this time.
A thread will be made in the forums to keep people updated/allow for bantering.
The thread will also list all players and which teams they are in.
All deaths will be reported via the buzz/created thread as they happen.
All actions(who did what) will be revealed via buzz/thread at the end of the game.
