Interviews with crews: Red Sun Rising MrSpicyD

This week has been hectic outside the office. I had some family things that needed to be taken care of and also celebrating my mother's 60th birthday. Besides myself being busy, a lot of the Buzz team was out of the office too, which meant we actually postponed the release of our weekly paper to the following next week so we could get more done.

I had just got back from lunch to a nearly empty office and was sitting at my desk looking over my notes from The Sacred Empire [TSE] wipe when suddenly the office doors flew open and a masked man with two Colts ran in. "Stay where you are!" He yelled.

All of the writers froze in their seats as I looked out through my office window. "Where is he? Where's SpicyD?!" They all turn their heads to my office and he looked over. We looked at each other dead in the face as he then started walking towards me. Had my writing finally caught up with me? Did I finally push someone to far? He walked into my office and closed the door behind him, then sat down opposite at the desk. He gently put his guns down in front of him and took his mask off. It was Gamon, one of the bosses of Red Sun Rising [RSR].
"We have been around for over 3 weeks now and I was still waiting for an invite for an interview" he proclaimed. "So I thought I'd invite myself. Shall we?" Still in shock by it all I got my little black book out with the questions and slid it over to him.

Set Questions

Q-Who are the main names in the crew? Like bosses and council members.
A- Gamon and Coreswitch.

Q-How long have you and the other owners/founders of the crew known each other?
A- We met last round, stayed in touch and we were looking for something new. After the last big shooting we both decided to give it a go and see where we would end up, still here and trying to maintain our place on the stats.

Q-Have you had any other crews owned and run by the same group of people but under a different name? If so, why the name change?
A- No.

Q-What round did you first establish this crew?
A- This round.

Q-Where does your crew name come from?
A- The crew name is from our raid guild in World of Warcraft.

Q-What's your crew's greatest achievement this round, or others?
A- Our greatest achievement is getting on the stats.

Q-Are you recruiting? If so what do you look for in people.
A- The gang is currently maxed out. But there might be spots available in the future.

Q-What tips would you give people who are looking at crews to decide on which one to join?
A- Speak with the leaders of current gangs, crews and familys to find out if their way of playing matches yours.

Q-What bits of information or tips would you give to the people out there that want to start their own crew?
A- Make sure you have the time, money and friends to lead one. You also have to make sure you have someone amongst you that is a real people person to make the new guys feel welcome.

Q-What's your stance on the alliance war?
A- That's a tough cookie. There has been a lot going on this round, but it looks like The Vanguard really came out on top of everyone with their tactic.

Specific Question

Q-Your gang is just run by two people. Is that hard sometimes to agree on things, or do you discuss with other members too?
A- Things actually went perfect, we both are on the same line about what we want.

For now we discuss with each other, if we are in need of an extra council we will search between our members.

Q-As your spot is maxed at the moment, would you think of going up to a crew spot?
A- Maybe in the future if we are able to, and if there is a spot free by that time.

Q-I believe you are neutral at the moment in the 'new alliance war', but if a side came asking for help would you help, or do you want to stay out of it?
A- It was not our intention to pick sides when we made this gang.

Gamon said

"See that wasn't too hard was it?" He chuckled to himself. "Next time don't make me come knocking." He put his mask but on (which I didn't really see the point of as I knew who he was) and picked his guns back up. As he grabbed his second Colt it slipped out of his hand and fell to the floor. As it hit the ground it went off shooting a bullet right up between us hitting a light fitting shattering the bulb and sent the whole thing down on top of my desk. I stared at him in disbelief. "I'll err, I'll pay for that."
"Yeah, thanks" I replied.
"'Well... Bye" And out he walked, of my office and the Buzz building. I stumbled out of my office to see the other writers slowly get up off the floor where they had been laying since he stomped in. I still didn't fully understand what had just happened. All I know is, I won't be inviting him to my apartment for an interview any time soon.
