Throughout the past weeks there has been controversy caused by the unjust treatment of the hard working meat shield. These meat shields are almost normal bosses. They sometimes will rank up to R. Boss, or even Godfather. Good behavior like this should be rewarded. It's been brought to my attention that these poor meat shields have been treated unfairly in certain crews. As a result of this The Chicago Outfit has decided to take in these scared helpless refugees. The Chicago Outfit is rewarding meat shields that do good with a pat on the head. The Chicago Outfit also allows their meat shields to be free range meat shields. All meat shields are free to shitpost in the off topic forums to their hearts desire. As to address the abuse of meat shields of other crews The Chicago Outfit has went to measures to make the meat shields feel at home such as
-No meat shield cages
-No crew taxes
-Free gun/protection upgrades (No Selling)
-Occasional pat on head to reward good behavior
