Pthalo, also known as Don Chirper, ChirperHotTarget and Spine, is back from an elongated holiday.
He took a leave of absence after asking The State boss, Kanye, to paint the Axteze club room with his brains.
Spine had been underground for almost a month before running out of Airfix models to assemble.
Spine said he spent most of the time "just pondering and reflecting."
"[I] was hiding out in a Buddhist pagoda, trying at all costs to escape the madness of hundreds of Bootmails and thousands of Skype messages per day."
"It was my slain brother and compeer, Piper, who ultimately persuaded me to return.
"May he rest in peace.
"Out of more than 200 kills this round, that's the only one I regret."
Speaking on the motive for the murder of 42nd infantry crew leader and State Don, Piper, Spine said: "I wanted to see what would happen.
"I had heard from an old friend in the Elite Guard that it was no longer possible to kill a State Don with 100 bullets as their bodyguard.
"I expected one of two things to occur:
"(1)You shot Piper with 100 bullets. He or she survived. ?
"(2)You tried to shoot Piper but he snuck up and killed you (layer backfire, as he was boss of 42nd).??"Following through on that attempt was a remarkably poor decision on my part."
Spine also commented on events after his death, namely the wipe of The Yellow Turban Rebellion: "Some people undoubtedly consider allowing Lemon to purge Loco a bad decision.
"But truthfully, I could not be happier about the outcome of that situation.
"I can only imagine that the precision provided by Lemon's emerald backlit keyboard contributed to his appreciable success in single-handedly wiping Yellow Turban Rebellion.
"It has also recently been brought to my attention that Lemon's machine now has 16GB of RAM, so we should expect even faster destruction next time.
"Perhaps Event Horizon should invest in the same technology for their next shooting."
Speaking of the future, Spine said: "One thing I am definitely looking forward to is the impending attack of Friends magnate FredBurke aka. Neno.
"He has proven to be the most formidable and unrelenting enemy Axteze has.
"Word on the street is that he will come for our boss, Aldo, next.
"He is far from gone. I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if he made sparks fly by the end of the week."
As Spine finished the interview, he rose from his chair, adorned a cape and climbed out the window, with the parting words of: "Don't do drugs."
