Telling It Like It Is. BrickTamland

Welcome again, and it's here. Easter is finally upon us. I never thought it would finally be here, but alas! I was wrong. Without further ado, let's get cracking! So, we had some State Don promotions again this week, The Regiment, a crew from last year popped up again and is still on Stats as we speak, the main addition of the MPOGD bullet count appeared after Bootleggers was again eligible to win Game of The Month, and finally, The Black Hand was shot.

Quite a busy week, but things I want to go through are The Black Hand being shot, reasons why there's a need/no need for a 10th state, Bootcast call-ins and missions, another issue that cropped up.

Firstly, The Black Hand was shot. Now, it had arrived last week as we had covered it in the Buzz but was first named, The Commission. This was a crew that formed Studio 54 before the original Bosses went off to do their own thing. I saw the name was then changed almost immediately to The Black Hand. So fast was this that one of the Bosses still hand, Boss of The Commission pictures on his profile. This leads me to believe it was a quick decision. Almost as if it was formed on the spot. Henceforth later on, they were targeted for being a weaker crew, i.e, they had small numbers in their crewspot. Was this because it was formed on the spot? Nobody can know for sure but I think so. I've always said, since the five new crewspots were added, crews formed on the spot don't work because there's not enough loyalty to the crew and to the Boss(es and/or council. This may be another reason for doing the opposite.

Moving on, the infamous issue of a tenth state. Personally, I don't feel the need for one. The only possible reason I could think I would want one, is because it looks "untidy" or "messy", having 9 States with one column being blank. I may want it, but I accept that that's no reason at all for NEEDING a tenth state. Other than that, I'm struggling to see why exactly some think it's needed. Or is it just because they want another chance to grab some casinos or maybe another Bullet Factory. Hopefully you can open my eyes on the situation underneath this article in the reply section. It's awfully iritating having to search through yarns and yarns of topic thread pages in the big topic that was initally made on the Game Forum.

Bootcast call-ins. Who likes them? Who doesn't? If you've been listening to certain DJs when I have, you'll have noticed or maybe heard a few of my call-ins. I've wanted to try the feature out because I think it's a great idea, and it works. But, the line is bad. Not sure why, but it's not just me. I can't hear anyone's voices properly. I'm not exactly sure why it's so bad, whether it's distance or connection or something else, I just hope it can be improved.

Finally missions. People have been calling for new ones or more of them. I say, have new ones. Remove them from Mission 2 onwards. Mission 1 have decent rewards and has just been re-done. However, the others are no longer suitable for the Game we're playing nowadays. It's evolved from two years ago and beyond. Some people have already suggested new missions. I'm probably going to think of a few and submit them as suggestions, I'm not too sure yet but hopefully, fingers crossed, we'll be seeing an update/revamp to the rest of the missions.

That being said, I think that's about it for this week. I'd like to point out yet again, for those who rate the article, please give a critique, what you liked, didn't like, agreed with, didn't agree with, etc.

Thanks! Until then, I bid you adieu.
