State Don: What is the Point? zTarquiNz

After the recent wipe of all State and Nation Dons, many questions have been sparked over the cause for people ranking to State and Nation Don, and whether or not it is a complete waste of time. The Buzz caught up with a number of State and Nation Dons, new and old, to get there opinion on the matter.

First on our list was past Nation Don, Eganwo, who we reached through an old acquaintance of his. Our first question was why he thought State and Nation Dons were killed so quickly and so often. He replied, “If you reach S or N. Don you kind of get a target on your head, and I think some crews are afraid to get wiped by S. Dons so they start shooting S. Dons before they can shoot them.” Our next question was why he thought people ranked up to S and N. Don when they know they will be killed quickly. He told us, “Maybe it is for the personal Bullet Factory, or maybe it is merely for Prestige, I am not completely sure. I ranked up for the Prestige.”

Next on the agenda was recently killed State Don, Claartje. We asked her the same questions, and she came back with similar answers, excluding the first one. She told us that a possible reason for people killing State and Nation Dons is, “the prestige they get from killing the highest ranks in the game, but, who knows.”

Last in line was current State Don of Nevada, 1m1tation9. In a long interview he told us that a possible reason for State and Nation Dons being killed is, “S. Dons are, in some cases perceived as bullies. Partly because of the bullets they can obtain.” He also said it may be due to the enormous amount of experience which is rewarded. To our next question, which wanted his opinion on why people ranked to State and Nation Don, 1m1tation9 made a powerful point,’, “Why wouldn't you accept them? The only reason I can think of is a fear of dying, and if you are afraid of being shot or killed in this game, you are playing the wrong game.”

Finally, we asked all of our interviewees whether or not they would rank up to these coveted positions again if they were given the opportunity and, excluding Eganwo, they all would. Eganwo told us that this was due to the immense amount of time it takes to reach this position, only to be knocked all the way back down to the bottom of the food chain.

The Buzz would like to thank all of the people included in the article for giving up their free time to talk to us.

Happy Gaming!
