EH Strikes Back At Last Iditarod

After having seemingly disappeared since the crew got wiped by The Sydnicate (TS), Even Horizon (EH) seemed gone. The Buzz, and probably many others with us, wondered when the members would show a sign of live and when they would come down hard on those who had wiped their crew. With the new allegiance between TS and several other statistics crews the targets seemed not that hard to pick. Apparently it was time for action this week, as State Dons started dying at the hands of Suzuki and TehOwnage. Even the Nation Don bit the dust. It was all according to plan, “We were going for all the sdons just to you know throw that in for interests sake,” Mags told the Buzz.

We got in touch with Mags (3PoundCubey at the time, now called DirtyPornMags) to find out more about the involvement of Event Horizon. Shooting around 550,000 bullets the shooters managed to bring down three State Dons and the Nation Don before they were brought down themselves. “We shot a few accounts recently just to knock down a few of these high ranks,” said Mags. “We understand the association of The Syndicate, Virtual Reality, The Commission, The Monarchy and assorted others forms a rather powerful adversary and a worthy adversary.” He added, “Unfortunately the new kill system allowed their people to get our shooter but we did expect that. Just not so quick lol. But you know what they say...."The show aint done till the curtain falls".”

Until the curtain falls you may keep going, true enough, but will the curtain fall soon? Not if it is up to Mags. “At this point I dont see a curtain. And as Bas explained to Betty recently..."EH is The Syndicates best adversary yet." We will take that compliment as it was intended and look forward to future dealings with them.” With no curtain in sight, EH will surely keep going and attack in the future. Mags supported this, saying, “Attacks were an action planned by EH targetting Syndicate stranglehold on the game.”

Of course, the current dominant position of The Syndicate cannot be denied by anyone. With several statistics crews such as The Invisibles, Virtual Reality and The Monarchy on its side there sure is a strong force to help hold and defend the bullet factories that The Syndicate owns after all the shootings that crew did earlier. Even though history has taught us that nothing lasts and that two of these similar alliances have been taken down eventually we do have to conclude that, similar to the previous alliances, this one looks strong. The goal of these shootings were, according to Mags, to show other players that the members of this alliance are far from untouchable. “Maybe just maybe if people see that these fine young lads and girls??(this is the internet afterall) are not as omnipotent as some of them would have people believe then they lose their power base,” Mags said.

He continued his explanation, “Fear is a great tool until the feared become fed up and say Fuck It do your best. The Syndicate are good....but their not that good they could deal with the majority of the game learning it does have a backbone and fighting back.” So not to hide but stand up and fight was the idea behind this attack. Granted, the alliance is still there, but it does seem to have lost some of its powerhouses. Mags added, “Until that day people like EH will continue to play the game with every intent of stalling The Syndicate.”

With the crews that cooperate with The Syndicate still in a strong position that day might be far away, and thus we can probably expect more action in the future. The advantage the current crews have is large and it gives them an excellent position, nevertheless history has been known to repeat itself. Though, at the end of this day, the attacks have only weakened the crews. As for The Syndicate, Mags concluded, “The Syndicate...Does Not Exist. Lets all drink to that.”
