The Week of VooDooDoll VooDooDoll

Greetings and salutations! I was approached last week by Mika about
writing an article and being a part of the "Buzz Team" for a week, I was flattered and thus graciously accepted.

I spent days trying to figure out what in the world I was going to write about, as my last intention is to bore the readers to death. As you all know by now my name is VooDooDoll and I have been playing Bootleggers since
April of 2004. I've been a player, a Help Desk Operator, a Moderator and now a Senior Moderator. I'd like to think I am a fair but firm and easily approachable person. I like spending time here and being a part of this game, so thanks to BSF2000 and Sabin for having faith in me. I won't go on about personal facts and data about myself, those that need to know already do.

It's been a pretty uneventful week with not alot going on. However, I'd like to take
the time to share with you and interesting and amusing tidbit; often things happen to me as a staff member that keep me on my toes, bear in mind that I am easily amused. I am never ceased to be amazed! Earlier this week I banned a user (whose name will remain anonymous) who was SO mad at me they thought they'd be clever so created a new name, VooDooLikesGuys. Well, the joke is on you, sir. I am in fact a female so yes I do like guys! Not so funny, I guess, but it amused me.

I'd like to close this article with a game related segment. I have a request regarding Help Desk tickets and the "Report a Dupe" and/or "TOS Violation" category: When making these tickets PLEASE include as much information as possible. Do not simply state "User A is a dupe", the more detail you can provide, the more it narrows down what we might be looking for. State reasons why you have these suspicions and let us do the rest. Give us any evidence you have, but also keep in mind that MSN or other "chat" conversations as screen shots cannot be used as the ONLY evidence in a report, as it can be altered and we cannot validate it. The more information you can include the better.

Thanks to the Buzz team for inviting me in. I appreciate everyone for reading brief article. I am sure Andy will ramble on a bit more than me. He likes to talk alot in his old age.
