Settling the Rumors; Part II MsNyxxie
Sitting down with Sabin once again to discuss some more rumors to hit Bootleggers. Some were old and heard many times in many discussions on the game forum. Others, were new to me. Moderators and Administrators have multiple accounts
We are allowed to, and even encouraged to do so. This allows us to know what's going on when people think we're not looking. However, not all members of the Elite Guard have done this (won't say who).

Mixing Bullets from different states will allow you to use less for killings. Also, bullets purchased with points, serve more damage than those bought from bullet factories.
Clever idea, but no. Bullets are just bullets.

HDOs make up the forum bug as a way to delete stupid topics!
Clever, but no. It's happened to me as well. Not sure as to why it happens, but it's on the bug-fix list.
