Jordanian Dupes Logikv2

So we have all seen how many people have been banned with the new 'Banning System' but what does that mean for the people that live in Jordan?

Well the problem in Jordan is every 24 hours the IP address changes, this has been causing many problems with the new system. If you were living in Jordan and you bought some points from someone also in Jordan the next day they could have the same IP as you did the day you bought points off them.

This could mean you could be banned for duping when not doing anything wrong at all, causing the mods and admins hustle and, least to mention the players stress of being banned and having to go through a appeal process.

So what does this mean for the Jordanians? What does it mean for the new 'Banning System'?

After the new tool was developed and introduced to the mods, a mass banning spree occurred. Most of the effected people by the tool were Jordanian players. some dupes, that's true, but majority were banned unfairly. How is that you ask? Here's the science behind this madness!

Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Jordan don't use static IPs (fixed IPs), instead they use dynamic IPs (which change everytime you connect to the internet). As some of you might know, internet providers in countries buy the IPs from the major internet companies, so they are limited to a set of IP numbers.

For now let's suppose that the number of IPs for a certain company is 100, to make an example. Player A connects to the internet and is assigned an IP, player B does the same and receives the same. So basically, with minimal thinking and logic, you should know that there is a big chance that either one of the players connects to internet and is assigned an IP that another player logged into, and in that case logged in the database of BL.

All is good so far, but the disaster happens when one of the players sends cash, points or OCs together... ETC. They're not doing anything wrong, they are on different IPs, different places in Jordan! The disaster, as I described it, comes upon when a moderator doing a dupe check for those two players cause it returns results, not because they dupe, because the IP changes from time to time.

Most of the bans that the Jordanian players received we're totally unfair, not for the reason above, but for many reasons that moderators don't care to talk about. They banned loads of people and are recieving headaches in the appeals.

One case, for example, is that a Jordanian player used to log on BL from an internet cafe, after a while he got his own ADSL line at home and never connected from the internet cafe anymore. He happily helped his friend with some cash, not knowing that it will get him banned for "interacting on the same IP;" an IP he logged on ages ago!

Does that mean if I, the Jordanian player, go to the US, for example, and connect to the internet using an ISP that uses dynamic IP and I happen to receive an IP that BSF2000 logged on at some point.. does that qualify me and him to be DUPES ?

A little bit of logic, sense and spirit of the game would be greately appreciated.
