Banned without Parole! Razure

In a overwhelming case, it is fine not to be able to appeal. For example, sending a few million to someone who is on your Family Account (FA) page should definitely get both banned. But, there are many more rules that can get you banned, and possibly banned UNFAIRLY.

There are some rules and punishments I would like to discuss without going into any bans in particular.

The poker rule is a bit hard for the person who was in first. Let's say you enter a poker game, nobody from your Family Account is in. So you start playing other stuff around Bootleggers. You get a notification that the game starts, so you go to poker again. The moment you go to poker you see the 4th person is one off the people who is on your Family Account list. Then, there is nothing you can do anymore. You will both be banned in time. Yes the person who steps in at the last moment should be banned as he knew you were in. but wouldn’t it be good to be able to appeal than to explain you were in first and didn’t know he was going to be in?

Then, there is another rule I got another view of. The "buy and selling" rule. You put a car up for sale (with name visible). You waited weeks, but someone finally buys your car. Still, you are unknown who bought it and continue what you were doing, just happy that you finally sold the car. However, the person who did is someone on your Family Accounts page. Neither the person buying or the person selling was aware of this! Is it your fault you sold the car? How were you supposed to know he would buy it? Not being able to appeal is a bit harsh, then. The person who sold can’t do much about it.

I feel like people would in all cases get a chance to explain. A chance to explain what happened to them. A chance to convince the moderator that banned him/her it wasn’t their fault.
