Crew of the Week! JoeyDaWhopper
The Order is one of the most popular crews on the game (as far as getting attacked goes anyway!) No doubt you have all heard of them, ever wondered what they are like at the core? Well read on as I will be trying to expose The Order to you all, the best I can. I managed to get some info from Soulmate to help with the article, and ask a few questions.

Statistics:
Name of Crew: The Order.
Current Bosses: Soulmate and IdleBunni.
Past Bosses/Founders: Founder (as far as I know) TomStrong, aka Homer, last round early bosses, DoctorFloyd, then Pearlsword, Then LilJohnny briefly. Was handed to me mid last round.
Crew founded: June, 2004.

Recruitment:
Recruiting policy: Open, with vouches (for the most part), entire crew reviews applicants.
Current recruiters: Technically the entire crew, there are a few people that handle the paperwork, noeyedwillis, SexyGirl, couple others.

The Bosses view on the crew:
Positive points: Loyal (they keep coming back) good people, proud group, most are very good about following Game Forum policies.

Negative points: We die a lot!
Sometimes unorthodox simply because once in TO, I find it difficult to remove someone unless its very serious, people get a lot of multiple chances to do good and be a good crew member, loyal to friends, even if they do things that are not extremely helpful to TO's positions.


Writer's comments:
I've spent over a week with The Order now, and in all honesty, I'm enjoying it! As soon as I entered the crew I felt right at home with the friendly members and council, some are even crazy! In a good way of course! If you want to talk, just make a topic and the people will come! Their crew forum is similar to the Off Topic Forum, there's always someone there talking about something. I also got the feeling that behind all this, they do hold the serious side of things, but also keeping in mind this is a game which people do forget on occasions elsewhere!

I did earn myself the 'purple heart award' when the crew was hit last week. Of course I didn't mind loosing my virtual life to such great people! The crew didn't flap around, they stood as one and that showed when they got their crew back on the stats within no time at all. This for me was the cherry on top, as I got to witness first hand how they would react to loosing their crew spot.

Overall summary:
Okay, so if you are the type of player that takes the game way too seriously, The Order isn't the place for you, there are other crews out there that will suit your needs. If you log onto Bootleggers to have some fun, and aren't afraid to step up when needed, then I suggest you do you best to get yourself in (if you meet their recruiting requirements). The Order have been hit more times than I can remember, yet that doesn't deflate them, not as far as I can see anyhow. Good job guys & gals!
