Tale of the Tickets! SquideeAndProud

Don't you remember the long wait of tickets, the big queues? Well all that is a thing of that past! Forget those hundreds of tickets before you because they've all been answered.

In less than two weeks, the ticket count went from the low 500s to an all time low of 4 unanswered tickets, a number we haven't seen since early this reset! With the combined team of 5litre and Sabin, all 450 and more tickets were answered. Sabin stated, “This was a joint effort by 5litre and myself. I think it went pretty well!” In only a very short amount of time, the two Bootleggers Admins answered virtually every ticket in the administrator que. “One of my new goals is to ensure that we never get that far backed up again,” Sabin said.

5litre commented stating, "I worked really hard making sure I read each ticket I opened. From Featured Suggestions to Help Desk Operator and Moderator complains, each ticket was investigated thoughoughly and considered!"

Sabin added, “I have taken it upon myself to answer "basic" points-related tickets (with BSF2000's permission), such as "When will points be verified?" and "How can I buy points without a credit card?". These accounted for about 250 (of 258 total) tickets." Sabin then went on to let the Buzz know that issues invovling missing points, refunds, legal issues and fraud still remain under BSF2000's sole control. He assured us that the unanswered point tickets (which were less than 10), should be answered in the next week or sue do to complex issues.

As a result of answering all tickets, players can now get a better idea of how many tickets there actually are. If things remain like they are now, your ticket will most likely be dealt with quickly. “We hope that this will improve the response time and response quality of the Help Desk as a whole, especially for high-level tickets. Best of all, Admin-level tickets will now be more likely to be answered while the player is still alive.”

5litre also wanted to assure players that their "concerns with staff will be dealt with on a day to day basis" and each ticket will be more affective.

Stay safe in Bootleggers and real-life!
