A page to raise a new ticket should you have questions or an issue

Create a ticket

If you have any questions regarding the game it is recommended to use this page. You can make a ticket simply by looking for the "Create a help ticket" table and selecting the appropriate category from the drop-down menu. You will then get a text field where you can enter your question. You will be able to choose whether you want HDOs or Staff members to see your ticket (this can depend on your category). For example, you cannot select HDOs when you are reporting an exploit or cheat as they cannot look into such an issue. Otherwise, it is recommended to opt for HDOs being able to help as your ticket will usually be answered faster.

You will also be able to see two other tabs on this page with the list of current Help Desk members and a list with your tickets.

Getting a response

When a ticket is responded to, you will receive a BootMail into your Mailbox informing you of such. You can keep responding to a ticket until you feel your issue is solved at which point you may close your ticket.
