Hello everyone and welcome to the fifteenth issue of The Bootleggers Buzz!
I must apologize for the brevity and tardiness of this week's issue with an additionally apparent lack of actual news. I'm confident I can speak for all of us on the Buzz Team when I say this week was a little too eventful outside of this game to bring you a great issue on time, and we'll work as hard as we need to in the future to prevent this from happening again.
There was a new writer to join the team again this week, Absolute, but we are still in need of more! For this issue we bring you a column about the changes over the years Phantom doles out, a pledge of objectivity in Joke's long ramble about himself, and some particularly outstanding forum quotes.
